No information about file formats ed by the app and screen resolutions. There's no big problem with photos. However, it is not known what video files and in what resolution can be installed. From my experience, 64x64 gif format works best. Aside from these inconveniences, the app works quite well. Suggestion - expand the database by adding more personal animations.

GREAT product! Real head turner and gets the attention you need on the road. Took a bit to figure out how to view the app on my Samsung Fold, but once I did, it worked flawlessly. Love the updates with the new "eyes". Could use better documentation on how to use, but easy to find YouTube videos for help.

To get app to English, once to get to the main screen.. hit the tool box (looks like settings) in the very bottom right. This will open a new screen. Now, hit the box that has a chat bubble with an A in it. Find English and you will be able to see everything in English

I am using Android 13 and I am unable to connect via app but if I go by the Bluetooth manually than the BAG serial number is showing there. Developer please fix this big. I am very frustrated. your app is not computable with Android 13 version. Because in this app the Bluetooth is not showing in app.

Once you are able to change the language to English and get thru the updates it's not that bad to use. The Bluetooth connection work when you turn the packback off and on then it will find the backpack.
