I came here to use this app to edit the sounds more to my liking (rock/metal) so I can enjoy listening to them more. But there is not a function such as that. Other than that, it is actually good we can see how much of the battery has left, but nothing more than this; I expected a good app to be honest... It doesn't satify my expectations.

Terrible experience with this app. It only works when you pair your headphones for the first time. Thereafter it will no longer recognize the headphones connect. You first need to "Forget" the device in Bluetooth settings and add it again and then it only works until the next disconnect. Terrible reliability.

The app is excellent at what it does; the problem is that it doesn't do much. As of is have stated, you cannot control the EQ directly. You are limited to a series of presets. One other thing I found annoying is that there is a period of silence between when you change from one preset to another so it's hard to compare because they're not directly back to back. It's probably a trivial concern but I found it frustrating.

These are the worst ear buds and controller app EVER. They pair easily enough following the directions, and this app connects to the buds OK, but everything else is a disaster. The sound has no bass, I tried changing the "listening care" position in the app but no change. The Noise cancelling control gives a message in the buds, but does absolutely no noise cancelling at all. OK, I thought this is a new model, let me check for an update in the app. For WEEKS the app just says, "COULD NOT CHECK FOR UPDATE." Calling technical , unless you have hours to wait is hopeless. Good luck with these earbuds and contrroller app.

The app doesn't recognize the headphones anymore. When the app worked, it did the basics and that's about it. Was hoping they'd improve the ANC on a 500€ headphone (the ANC is worse than a sub-200€ headphone, but audio quality is great) with a firmware update, but that's definitely not happening when the app doesn't work.

UPDATE: After 14 months I have come back to this steaming rubbish and would like to re-affirm just how unusably terrible it is. Avoid buying any Yahama headphones because this app just isn't worth the struggle. Unreliable app. Frequently has trouble detecting YH-L700A. No amount of Bluetooth re-pairing, cache clearing or reinstalling fixes it. Problem comes and goes at random, with the app refusing to work more often than not.

Useless App. Dosnt provide any options other than listening care which isn't even clear what the hell it it does. Provide options of equaliser and bass bost so on might make it an effective app. Even a guide on button operations and options would be useful. Please upgrade your software and I'm sure the ratings will increase.

No Longer ing My YH-E700A Headphones. Headphones are connected to my device but app never sees them anymore. I have even gone as far as removing the headphones, repairing, and uninstall/reinstalling the app. No change
