I find the app easy to use, my rating would be a 5 but I have add my credit card information every time I purchase tickets. Fix that and I will change to a five.

I won't let you buy tickets through it it's broken. Company says its me but even trying thrunthe desktop doesnt work. Ive used multiple cards still cant. Wont be using anymore. Sad that company cant fix the problem

The app has worked well for me in the past, but lately hasn't allowed me to finish a transaction once I've signed in. I usually have to go to the website to actually book the tickets. Other than that, I've had no problems! All the showtimes are easily accessible. I don't know if it was just my phone or the app itself, but I have had a couple others I know say it's been buggy towards the end of the transaction.

I'm very disappointed to see that you have added service fees on the app. To add insult to injury, it's $2 per ticket, not just a flat service fee for the whole purchase. Movies are already expensive enough, to add $2 more for each ticket is an insult. I already don't go to the Movies very often because of the price, but now I'll be going a lot less!

Lately app has been stuck in various points in the transaction (i.e. can't continue past backstage , or can't continue past seat selection). It's frustrating as I don't want to go through an app like Atom and pay surcharges on top of tix prices. The B&B website seems ok, but just not as convenient as an app...that is if it ever worked.

Broken app, consistently having problems. Can't , can't buy tickets, can't again, can't look at showtime details, app logs me out and can't AGAIN. Really horrible experience all around. I'd probably go to my local B&B more often if the app worked and I could actually reliably buy tickets, but I usually go elsewhere because this experience is so bad.

The app says I've never bought tickets even though I have. My tickets never load to the app, so I always have to use my email. No way to see details of purchases, only points totals. The online booking fee isn't waived if you use the app to buy tickets, as it is with almost every other theater. The absolute worst loyalty experience and app that I've ever used. What a terrible customer experience. The company obviously doesn't care because 1 star ratings are what they have the most of.
