I wished that you would change things up. I've been playing for a few years pretty much since you guys released. It's becoming repetitive & boring! Something new please! Maybe some new events and maybe add some Shields that are less than 8 hours cuz sometimes I just need a break for like an hour or two, so one is not wasting shields and maybe bring down the cost a little, so people can grow a bit faster Definitely not a kids game, and not for the faint of heart 🤣

We are like a bunch of mice thrown into a box to fend for ourselves against rats & snakes! It is inconsistant, it constantly disconnects you, hangs up, takes too much money and time to play effectively! Every upgrade is to get you to spend more money & adds more issues to the game! Random things happen, like you lose sound, ships or rallies don't return unless you reboot game. I'm here for the friends I've made around the world, but the game sucks alot at times.

Great game. The game play is great. It is easy to pick up this game and understand what to do right away. The tutorial is easy to follow and really gets the game going. One thing I would change is the attack feature. When choosing to attack another player it defaults to raid whenever you log out. This is very frustrating. I would give it 5 stars if the option stayed where you put it or defaulted to destroy.

When a billion+ power player can accurately track multiple players randomly teleporting to separate locations and be next to them to attack within 2 or 3 seconds of their arrival. That's just not humanly possible. It takes a while to scroll around and scan the map. There's obviously a cheat/hack/exploit or a dev. Numerous tickets have been written about this and one other player yet nothing ever happens. You get an email stating they will look into it and you never hear from them again.

this was honestly a pretty fun game. however, the are some unbelievable balance issues where you basically have to spend a fortune just to be on par with higher level players and for that reason many players new old lose any interest in the game. I think it would be a lot better easier for players to form a community if servers were divided by level and prestige of players rather than just shoving everyone into a tiny map bc population issues..... you could've done better HC, you really could.

Easy game to start,but after a while upgrades get super long,some over a year. It,s a pay to win game with some players spending over tens of thousands of dollars just so they can be #1 in the game. Be prepared to be raided by high level players and lose everything,since there is no balance system in place to protect lower lvl players. Game gets monotonous, all you do is harvest and upgrade,rinse and repeat. Graphics are slightly better than 8 bit Nintendo. HC caters heavily to $$$ players.

Still a good game so far. Been playing 7yrs now and Alliance leaders and are very ive and helpful. The expierence has been better than most games i have played like this. No pressure to "pay to play". Great job designers!! Customer service is pretty much on top of any issue that you might have. Example would be the recovery of both of my s after being away for a couple of yrs. Thank you!!

A good game, been playing since it first came out. Though I would like to make the suggestion of adding new events something that hasn't been done yet. Add to the shields that players slide on a bar on how long it would last for. The down side would be the bullies that constantly say how big a hive can be and who that don't want in your alliance if you don't do then your wiped out.
