The App is great, it deserves 5 stars, but the service Springfield branch provides is the worst. There's no transparency as what was d on the App is not the same as what I found after I reserved a vehicle. The manager (Indian female) tried to lie in my face, thinking I knew nothing about cars and I proved her wrong, then she tried to blackmail me like who does that to a customer. It was my 1st and last experience with WeBuyCars.

The app is great the only issues I have is as soon as I open the application there is this youtube video that always plays on the background even if I do not want to watch it or play it , the other is when I search for a particular car it will give me the brand however it will not give me the model I need for instance (mercedes benz A 250 = mercedes A,b,C,E 250 ) instead of give that specific A250 only those two ✌ problems otherwise the everything works perfectly 👍

Many of the functionalities don't work. Can't scan the licence disk can't the licence plate. Go through all the way to be ing details asks to photos but half the rest don't and eventually when get to the end to hit submit it comes up with an error message and stalls... so have wasted my time. Plus.. I got a estimate value of my vehicle before I'd ed any details or documents!??

We buy Cars- Worst customer 😒 service ever experienced, Bought a car from them and driven it for two weeks and broke down-I just parked the car and never started again, I took the car to nearest service centre and diagnosed &was told loss of memory &more problems, lots of money spent to check the car and still not running to date The existing issues on the vehicle were Engine Light Illumination, which I had thought it’s something I will be able to fix, but NO 👎 👎 I am deeply disappointed 😔

Pathetic after sales service for defective parts. Always requesting more and more documents instead of accepting legal invoices and bank statements that correspond. Be very careful when you buy, because once you leave the sales floor, you will not be compensated for defective parts you replace.

Good looking app. Reason for the 2 star is that everytime I browse by scrolling down, when it gets to about half way down it automatically scrolls to the top and won't let you see the other listings. The back to top button is far from where I'm scrolling yet it keeps scrolling up. Makes the app somewhat useless.

Frustrating 😞 everytime I scrolling down, when it gets to about half way down it automatically scrolls back to the top and won't let you see the other listings. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, but there's still no change. i end up giving up on viewing the rest of the listings. As it is impossible to get to them.

When scroling down the list, the app automaatically resert back to top. In the list of favourites, when unliking a vehicle...it does not remove it from the list. When betting on the auction there's always network/connection problema to server...and lastly, the welcome tone when opening the app is annoying.
