This app has been unusable for at least two months. g in doesn't work anymore, so you can't access tickets. And yet, every email I get for shows reminds me to " the app". Pretty embarrassing that the team running this are completely unaware that it hasn't worked for the past two months. Please fix the app or stop pushing it and make it easier to add tickets to GPay. You can't have it both ways.

The app rarely works. I am able to sign in once and view content, however if I go out and back in the sign in screen turns into the "white screen of death " and the only way to get it to work again is to uninstall and re-install it. Not a quality made app for something you want us to use all the time. Its been like this since the beginning so time to actually fix it.

This app is just outright bad. You have to sign in to see your tickets, which is okay, but there is no obvious way to sign in. You have to go to the subscribers hotline through the '...' button in order to sign in. And then sometimes it doesn't work. I finally got to my tickets, but please, for the sake of your subscribers fix this hot mess.

Just updated, so will adjust my review if anything changes, but this app is terrible...there is no normal way to get to your tickets! The app freezes and says session ended, need to sign back in, or something like that, then I have to restart my phone and start over, usually after about 10 tries, I can access 1 ticket and get it into wallet, then must start over to access my other ticket..app freezes, restart my phone, etc! There is no way to transfer a ticket to anyone...absolutely the worst!

Agree with other reviewers. It's used rarely enough that any attempt to get a ticket takes you to a "session expired"screen that locks the app. You have to force close it, then re- (see other reviews). If you forget your , and try to change it through the app, it'll tell you you're no longer authorized to get to the screen. I had to uninstall/reinstall to get past that. If you can't make an app that works, don't require that we use it. Go back to paper tickets!

Horrible app. Once it locks you out you can't log back in. Even uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped. Ridiculous this is the only way to get my season tickets

What is the point of this app? Little of the data is personalized and can easily be found on the net. When I try to access my tickets, my session has expired, yet there is no obvious way to sign in again. So I have reinstalled the app hoping it will help. But then I have to the tickets to the phone wallet. So why have this infuriating app be the middleman??

The app gives " session ended" errors, and says again without providing any way past that error or any way to start a . The only way around it is to reinstall the app every time you want to access it. Amazing.
