Got a new phone and now I can't link ticketmaster to my broadwway . I've uninstalled and reinstalled both apps but everytime the broadway app tries to link I get "Ticketmaster has timed out. Please log out and log back in." This friggin app has ALWAYS sucked. Wish I didn't HAVE to use it.. Now I'll go on the phone and wait and wait and wait.

Way too many issues! Inconsistent! Sadly I have to use it, but never links to my ticketmaster to my tickets. I have uninstallrd and reinstalled this app countless times. worked better on my old phone. update the app to work with updated phones.

This app is horrible. I have season tickets to several sports teams that use the Ballpark app, SeatGeek, and Ticketmaster, so I know how to do mobile ticketing. this app does an endless loop of sending me to Ticketmaster to sign in but never shows me my tickets. I always have to get to the show early to have the ticket office print my tickets for me. Zero stars. I waste of storage on my phone

App has bugs. If logged in it is useful. If you are ever logged out, the only way I've found to get back logged in is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Need a button!
