The application is not convenient at all,lacks lots of description and details of each package. In addition, the package finishes in less of a day without even consuming it. Very awful customer service and bad replies as well as being unhelpful most of the time. Honstely speaking, un recommend at all, one is obliged to recharge the balance each single day without even consuming the package which flies in air without knowing how!!!!.and again customer service are totally unhelpful.

الخدمة سيئة The internet speed is extremely poor, making it almost unusable at times. On top of that, I end up renewing my subscription three times a month, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service is unhelpful and doesn’t provide solutions to any issues. This company has a lot of potential with the resources they have, but if they invested in customer satisfaction, they could easily become the best in the world. Sadly, they choose not to.

The app is okay but the internet service is awful. It's very difficult to have a stable connection and the bundle always finishes after 3 weeks no matter how many gigas you go for. First month, the bundle of 100 gigas didn't only last for a month but wasn't fully used (only 96 gigas were used) but not I upgraded it to 200 gigas and with the same amount of work and people on it, it finishes after 3 weeks somehow and it becomes really slow when you're under 100 gigas.

Hands down, this is the worst app design I saw in my life. All the bundles don't tell you what you are buying, just the price. Speaking of the price, what am I gonna do with the value before tax, I need to see what I'm actually paying. The settings are awful, the only setting you can change is the language, not even a dark mode? My balance number is always missing 5egp. I had a better experience with dialing the service number than to look at this app.

Ofcourse first things first, it's WE, Secondly the application suffers from many loading issues, randomly logs me out and when I again I must go through the same tour. Viewing plans data must always revert you to another page they simply can't have it available when viewing plans.

Full of bugs .. and when i charge my internet line , charged amount reflects in landline not internet .. and CS mentions that it's not applicable to shuffle bet landline & internet (despite being both same number & same Co. WE) + I pay my bill on the app and still appear as outstanding bill !!!

App is good but: Sign in is not so simple, every time I need to a specific , the application always the first saved , then I have to switch s then the usually intended , why couldn't I just to the last logged in instead of going this boring and time-consuming process. Options need to be more obvious such as creating an and logging in.
