I did pay for even against my core beliefs. For $2 an exception was made. It has, thus far, operated with the real-time protection on and contains a system scan with a few other security features. BUT in true security app fashion the option to engage VPN took me to a payment site asking for $40 to activate this feature. So I'm never surprised at the lengths these software establishments will go to to self serve a massive greed. A provisional 4 stars with further investigation qualification.

Purchased family pack with additional licence. Android app works perfectly -autostart , performing what it is supposed to do. But the windows app is TERRIBLE ! it is working like a reinstall-after-every-reboot app ! After installation , the app works fine. But after shut-down and restart, the app gets into infiNite loop to set up or it just timed out and with a message to restart ! It doesnt make any sense at all !

It works ..ish. Afaik, no viruses or malware on my phone (Android). But the features don't work right. The VPN was busted for months. An update fixed that, and broke Real-Time so that now I constantly have a dot and occasional sound telling me it's on. Clearing the notification turns it off. That is poor design/a bug and it will sound as if something new happened at 2am, but it's just telling me it still exists. Fix that please. Update: reply to " help". Did but they suck. Train them.

I have two s and I pay for 1 of them but try to put the other under the one I pay for. But keep getting the run around and excuses of why I don't have it protected , if you have 2 or more s. You suppose to beable to add 3 . Under 1. But it never lasts. It connects then before you know it. Your not protected and it won't connect.

I can't tell what you are doing. I keep getting texts saying bad texts are going out from my phone and I could be held responsible for them. I now the first 8 days are free, but what is the price gonna be after that. I'd like to keep your services but if I don't get a response as to price, which I was led to believe was about $10 to $15 a month I might cancel and go elsewhere.

I have tried other av apps, such as norton. TotalAV just doesn't interact as well with the /subscriber. Specifically, TotalAV is somewhat aggressive with suggestions such as biometric activation (which I do not use). Also, scan results are not clearly communicated without prompting. That being said, the protections offered by TotalAV are comparable to those of other antivirus providers. The VPN service is especially easy to use.

The entire collection of the TotalAV software is junk. No single app can do very much by itself. They want you to purchase a bunch of additional add-ons. Their VPN they offer is a joke. Getting it to work from one time to the next, u'll probably have to restart your device, along with your router and probably reinstall the app. You don't want to have to Customer Service. They don't make themselves accessible at all. The customer service isn't helpful and they're lazy.

I do not understand all the pestering every day wanting upgrades cost ing more money I can't afford and I don't think it is worth the hassle I just want peace to use my devices. I have just bought this protection product I do sincerely hope it works as well as d and that I am not daily hassled with further upgrades required to protect my devices, this is all I have to comment at this time only time will tell.
