I find the most amazing treasures here amongst their selection of healthy food and tasties, as I like to call them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the grocery pick up and delivery options too, as well as the options of being able to choose my own substitutes or to just be refunded.

App ed then only showed stores I could shop from that were several states away from me even though there is one in my neighborhood. Tried to use the app to shop in-store and received a solid green screen with a message saying "Retry" but nothing works anymore in the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Non-functional waste of time. Move on.

I was never able to get delivery times. The app got stuck. I'll pick up instead. Very disappointed.

Their food is always excellent! They are so clean and organized and is so colorful and their produce and their meats and specialty desserts are just out of this world . But the most important is the employees they're so kind and caring and helpful. Lastly don't forget their coffee it's superb

Surprise! March 2024, and the same exact issues. No updates, no repairs. Doesn't open since last update. Same complaint as many others: spinning, buffering, but never actually opens. I get push notifications (daily sales, specials, etc.) from the app, but the app won't open to see more info about the notification. I don't think anyone at Fresh Market pays any attention to the complaints. Frustrating.

The one star isn't for the basic functionality of the app, which is to order groceries, that works fine. I'm only giving this app one star because of the pop-up ads, and the fact that there's no way to turn them off without turning all notifications off for the whole app. In the app itself there's a section for "notification preferences", but this is only for what emails you receive! This kind of shady stuff isn't ok anymore, Fresh Market!

Completely messed up the old app. Not friendly. The old app needed a few improvements, but this is new app is definitely not an improvement. Before I had the weekly and weekend sales at my fingertips. The weekly meal deal was clearly laid out. I've just spent 5 minutes trying to find these things and still haven't found the meal deals.
