Problems with order many times. If paying by Momo, the payment is unsuccessful, cash in momo wallet is still deducted. If paying by card, the order is double and cash in card is deducted double too. I had to call to customer services for helping me. So waste lots of time and annoying.

Poorer and poorer day by day. - The app change payment method for delivery & pick-up immediately without any notices to customer. If you don't use neither ZaloPay nor credit cards, you cannot choose delivery & pick-up features with COD anymore. - Promotions are really rare and with low discount percentage. - All the deleted bills are displayed on the main screen of the app. This annoys customers and add no value to the ' experience.

Terrible design when there is a button to add to card but cant use it, too many screens to complete the order. I also hate it when you auto add the Cafe hòa tan into card everytime, this is an action show that you dont respect your customer, trick them to buy what they didnt pick.

It got much more improved compared to the last version, faster update new drinks, faster ordering online or pick-up at stores, easier to use, but in history we cant found the latest order, but have to find in notification, just small thing but will be even greater to change this.

It's an OK app but need some changes: get rid of animation, all the smartphones with 4gb ram below, fast response and fast overlay please. I like the coffee shop but if you don't fix these intense errors, i'm gonna kick your arse

Lag lag lag! It has been a great app to keep track of my points and order coffee but after the recent update it didn''t open at all. Thought it was my phone, restarted it, nope didnt work. Reinstalled, didnt work either. Couldn't order anything and had to go to shop.

It was a usable app, not even good, many bugs and incompleted features. But after the last update, I cannot even load the menu properly. You guys keep disappointing me times after times.

Easy to use and helpful. I usually order in the way to TCH via this app, not only to use discount code but also save much time. When I arrived TCH, the drink has been prepared already, just sit down and enjoy the drink.
