The app is clean enough but literally doesn't work. I have been able to use it for coupons (fortunately) but every time I hit Go To Pay (with a single Salmon on Greens bowl, no voucher codes or anything) it tells me "The parameters of your request were invalid" and then when I try to hit the place order, "There are one or more errors below", with no indication of what errors or what to fix. Adding a new credit card changes nothing. Not great.

Every time they update this app, they take a step in the right direction but still miss the mark. Hire some real programmers to get it right, because this company will lose my business if it's really going to take 25 attempts to make it work each time I order. It refused to take the card I use all of the time but after 4 attempts, it finally took a different. It kept telling me I had no card on file while simultaneously not letting me add one. This app sucks.

Seriously, it doesn't take a genius to figure this out.... when ordering on the app, add to cart, add more items, then it randomizes the existing items and ingredients in your cart. It's been like this for over 2 months.... used different phones, even the website malfunctions. Checkup on your IT crew because this issue has been ignored forever now and has made us reluctant to continue being a customer. Better yet, hire a 5yr old to design the app. It'll function better, I promise.

Tried to Use the app, wouldn't let me . The app uses some sort of link via email to log you in even when you already have an . No matter what I did, it wouldn't let me . Took me on an endless loop. Email the link, click on the link, what for the app, nothing. The app developers need to rethink the process. The food is great!

Totally useless app, when you tap the button to order it just pulls up the mobile website in a browser, meaning you have to all over again (and it sends you an email to , which just takes you to Chrome, and leaves you logged out in the app's browser). Deleted and will be using the mobile website instead, since it's a better experience.

The restaurant is ALMOST extremely amazing, however none of their meat is healthy (pastured, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, etc.). The app works pretty decently, but there are no actual descriptions of most food. The rewards are great!

You can't use ithe app to pay in the store. I can't my Discover card in the app to get rewards but the restaurant accepts Discover card. So now I can't receive reward credits for my purchase unless I submit a receipt. I love the food but stopped eating there because of the inconveniences with the app.

The app just takes you in circles.. After successfully using the app yesterday, I tried to use it again today and was unable to . Even after getting the code email, it kept asking me for my personal information again, and then telling me that was already ed. So basically I can't use the app anymore.
