scan option is awful it is great to be able to check your ticket numbers, but the scanner is too quick and never reads the barcode on the first try. takes about 5 times of holding your phone just right, your ticket in the right place on the table, crossing your feet, legs, fingers, arms and eyes, and maybe it will read it for you.

Since they merged the V.I.P. app with this one, I can no longer scan my scratch offs to check them or, more importantly, enter the points from them into the drawings and there isn't any way, that I can find, to enter them manually like the old app had in case the bar code happens to be damaged. So, this app is useless and I have no way to enter the drawings. The old saying "If it ain't broke; don't fix it" fits this situation perfectly. !?! PLEASE HELP ME !?!

The main function of this app for most people is the scan to check your ticket for wins. Unfortunately it's the part that works minimal at best. Most attempts to check a ticket take over 20 tries with an error of "unable to ". Great lighting, different angles...nothing improves the piece of junk "scanner" they have. On a positive note, it usually scans in the second chance tickets easier. Go figure.

After they fixed the problems with being able to scan scratch off's for the "play it again" option, now I really enjoy using the app. Sometimes tho when I go to use my points to buy entries, it won't let me. It'll say "Oops your entry did not ". That's a bit frustrating especially when there's a tight deadline. But overall a pretty good app.

The ticket scan still isn't working. When I scan one it says "Unable to the ticket". This literally just happened so I have uninstalled it for the 5th time. If it still doesn't work for the 5th time reinstalling, I quit! I have already stopped using it for the points since they stopped random points per ticket and only gave you the points that match the cost of that ticket. May as well save the space & time on my phone and check em at the store!

I ed this new app and have been trying to scan tickets for second chance drawings for the last 3 days. Each day it says an error occurred and to try again later. I started to email them through the app to see if they knew about the problem and mid-email the app just suddenly goes to the home page. They definitely have issues to work out.

This new app.is horrible! When I scan my instant tickets, it will tell you it was successful and to check my activities. When I go into my activities it shows 0 activities.I know I am not getting credited for all the tickets I have scanned.They do not show up anywhere, so I cannot check to . I do not have the points I should have been credited for. I wish this issue would be corrected. The previous app was never a problem. Thank you!

They got the app going pretty good. Just did the update today we'll see how it works after this. The only inconvenience is after scanning you have to go out to get back to the scanner selection. You would think after you've scanned one that it would let you know it got it (which it does) then have a scan another button. Nothing major though.
