I ed this because it was in the language learning section, and I love the art style. I was hoping it would be multilingual because learning language through games is much easier for me than basic memorization of flash cards and words. I'd love to see other languages as an option in the future, and I look forward to teaching my monster to read, because I'm still going to play this as an adult.

Edited: I did like this game for helping my kid to learn reading, they were into it. Now they fixed the so I'm updating my review. Original review: The custom keyboard is so bad I gave up and uninstalled the app. Please let me use a manager and an accessible keyboard

Great game for early readers, and reasonably priced. Thank you. My son is 4.5 in pre-k and starting to read thanks to only letting him play learning games on his tablet like this.

I've used this app on PC many years and recently on the phone. It's great, but there are some difficulties in understanding the different accent for American kids. Especially if your student has a speech impediment or difficulty with R's as this is a British and Phonics based program. I will also say by level 3, Champion Readers, the sound quality seems to need fixed a little. Most of the voices cannot be heard well (on pc) except for the male who says to watch out for the monsters and such. His audio is overwhelming loud where as the female voices are too soft, but that's just on PC for the 3rd level. He now enjoys reading, after using this program for 3 years, in addition to others. Aside from the audio issue for PC s, I've noticed suddenly the pc version is very laggy. Consistently. So we moved to the app and that seemed to fix it. Though our pc is designed specifically for video gaming, the browser based program is just too laggy. His favorite activity has been grabbing 2 balloons to unlock a gate, and then seeing how far he can carry them past the gate. He loves the art work, and gets distracted by it often. Not a complaint.

My children (age 4 and 7) love this and ask to play it! Which is great. They are certainly learning as they do. I don't like that, after paying for it, I can't transfer the app to another device. If my child uninstalls it (one did), that's another $5 I must pay to put it back (I didn't/won't). It's not based, it's per

Both my kids (aged 4 and 7) love this game, and the price is very fair for what you get! My only complaint is that the adventure ends 😁 You can keep playing by returning to planets on your own but my daughter lost interest in that. I wish there was another practice reading adventure, as kids can move quite fast through the games/levels, a follow up game that practiced what they learnt (and could be played over and over, to say increase a top score) would be great.

All three of my children absolutely love this app! They're used to playing it on a laptop at home. This makes it more convenient to be played anywhere we go. My oldest has eye teaming issues that make traditional learning to read programs difficult, my middle child has sensory issues that make traditional learning settings stressful, and my youngest can't sit still at all LOL. This game and app have made learning to read easier and enjoyable for all my children. They have a blast with it!

This is a great app that helps with learning/ becoming familiar with sounds and letters. There are different games to choose from to help with this. My only issue is that it states the word or sound one time and there is no where to click to hear it again if your child doesn't quite get it the first time. Also, it would be helpful if they would say what letter they are showing before saying the sound it makes. But, it's still very good, I just feel that these features will make it even better.
