Worst customer service after payment. They force to make payment and take hip. Once done then there will be no response for any assistance. You can take 3k or 4k hip where you can choose dedicated profile you like and speak directly. But the hip for "Select Shadi" they assign you dedicated person who never understand your requirement and just send profile that never match needs and simply waste of time. I have raised complaint 3 times but still no response. Frustated alot

The app was good before..I am a paid member..app is very very slow and lagging..it takes so much time to open a profile..my phone processor is very good and my internet is very good..the developers must work on the app speed

after calling customer care,they changed the offer amount to high..and they are not answering what we asked only they force to convince to other plans..I am asked to upgrade gold plus while I am asking in call the price was under 3000rs but I am not accepting platinum so with in Seconds they changed all plans amount.. worst experience..and also there was showing the offer price expired 16 th only..

Please don't subscribe for this application. I think there are full of fake profiles who usually accept your interest and won't reply. Even there phone number wasn't reachable.

The app is -friendly and offers a good range of profiles, but a major drawback for Tamil s is the inability to sort profiles based on astrological factors like Chevvai or Rahu-Kethu dosham. Many astrological are also in Hindi and English, which can be confusing. Updating the astrology-based matching system for tamil community would make this app more competitive with other matrimony apps.

Waste of money very very limited profiles available always showing same profile when i blocked some profile it also shows again and again and i searched only in tamilnadu but it shows all over the world and india the worst app and waste of money if ypu are not having sufficient profiles then why you calls for upgrading payment, this app only for asking money not interest in customers life, very very very worst app i ever seen, not worth for one star rating

I understood the marketting....this app is genius.... Everything here is just spam.... most of them are fake IDs.....dont subscribe for this app....it won't help anyone....
