I'm not able to watch live news even after g into Fios. I keep getting bumped back to the sign in page on the news twelve app. It would also be nice if I could get the hyperlocal news from New Jersey like I used to when I had full service for Fios. Now I'm having to watch hyper local news from New York , which does not interest me.

most network news will giv weather forecast for Manhattan & New Jersey. for someone that lives & works & roams in Brooklyn, its nice knowing the general temperature initiated borough. besides, DishNetwork does not carry NEWS 12 so this is as good as iam going to get & iam glad for it

What a joke. Wont even launch and we have Optimum. News twelve is garbage anyway. Do you really need a 20 second video clip for every single news story that provides hardly any information. JOKE!

Every night at 9:53 I get an alert about nothing real important. It is extremely annoying as it sooo late... don't want to mute App.. please fix! Last night again (BREAKING NEWS) 9:53 PM what the weather will be! I have finally had to silence notifications, not a good thing for a news app

I like having local news available on my phone, but the app itself needs work, and the advertising is just ridiculous. If you want to watch a live stream, you have to watch an ad first, on top of all the ads already in the live broadcast. Then to top it off, the full screen option doesnt actually make the stream full screen, the picture is cut off, to make room for yet another ment.

This is good for information when you need it such as on 9/1 with the crazy weather we had... BUT there is no way to control what kind of notifications you get. If you have notifications enabled you get push notifications for EVERYTHING. So, if you just want notifications about the weather and it's impacts during a major storm, turn on notifications. Otherwise keep it off or you'll be bombarded.

App has gotten better. It launches, and there are fewer ads pretending to be articles that link to malicious sites that make my anti-virus throw all sorts of warning alarms. Still crashes once in a while when trying to load content, but it's mostly functional.... Spoke too soon. Still crashes a ton & fake articles as ads listed under the main article.
