App is much more responsive than in the past and has a decent amount of useful options. What I'm really missing would be an option to either deactivate the low battery sound or change the battery threshold for it. It's annoying to hear that sound every ~5minutes when the battery still lasts about an hour and I don't want to turn off all sounds everytime.

Works well, would love more auto off options. Right now I have to choose between auto off after a set time (whether or not music is playing) or never. I would love for there to be an auto off setting after (time) only if there's no music playing, as it's so hard to tell if my headphones are still on that I often pause the music but miss that they haven't actually turned off.

Raised review to 2 stars finally after having these headphones almost a year with the most horrible touch controls Ive seen since the 90s. They finally gave us the ability to turn them off without having to open the app each time you connect them! 2025 everyone! This is the state of our economy. 500 dollar headphones that need an update to be headphones. Because if you are wearing a hat or hoodie or scarf or anything briefly touches these things they are impossible use without turning of touch.

With my Momentum TW 4, I would say 50/50. Works well sometimes, but not all the time. Turned off noise cancellation for a short period, and now I can not turn it back on again. Same with the wind prevention option. Was able to turn it on once, and now it won't turn on.

I bought the momentum 4, they need significant tweaking to make them sound reasonable. And this app does that. But you can't change personalisation settings unless you're signed in, which you can't be in airplane mode, which is when I want it as I'm in an airplane. Hence three stars

After a couple of updates this app feels good to use. I like how you can set up everything for the headphones I use. (Momentum True wireless 4). Especially the personalized EQ is awesome, I enjoy it so much. Also updates are working good and fast without any issues. For personal experience I can safely say this app is going to help you improve it!

It's fine. It does the basics a smart device app should do. But there are a few issues. Whenever I turn the headphones (Momentum 4) on, the app always enables touch settings. And, for such expensive headphone and Sennheiser's warnings about long exposure to loud noises, it's very surprising and disappointing that the app/headphones don't have a volume limiter or at least a pressure monitor which warns you of over exposure (like Sony has).

currently using the CX plus true wireless buds and overall life long sennheiser . i'm sorry sennheiser, but the app is completely worthless to me, because it resets all the settings every. single. time. i disconnect from the buds and close the app. have to activate the EQ and ANC every time i want to use the buds. for me that's anything but "plug and play". for others, just 10 seconds to activate the stuff in the app, for me it's just pure annoyance. such a shame :(
