I've used this several times before without any trouble. Today I am trying to report an issue for and I understand that I must "sign in" to get a response. I've signed in successfully before using Google service, but today I just get an error message " failed". I also try to "sign up" from scratch, but after filling the form correctly and obeying limits, I press the "Create " button but it just displays the same create form again. I'm stuck in a loop.

Easy way to report issues to the city however there are still glitches in the app. When starting a new report, the location auto fills to the same place each time. You have to close and restart the report to jump to the correct location. After you favorite a report, you cannot unfavorite it. I get countless emails for a report that has been open for 4 years. I wish there was better from issues that are reported. Some of the is not understandable

The app is just as frustrating, agrovating and useless. Use app to get answers to something only to wait to receive nothing back. Place request for help with empty lot to be clraned due to it being a safety issue for those in the neighborhood. Get a email notification that it has been done with in a few weeks. Thar email is deceptive because it is exactly the same. Nothing is done to help clean it or make it safer even after several more requests and calls 3 months later. Useless app

App is broken. Report an issue goes to a map that has all kinds of error messages and does not take information. The Android version is constantly broken it seems they never test it

The app doesn't work. Online doesn't work. Local storage unavailable. Certain features may not work as expected. How can illegal fireworks be reported if your app and online don't work? Wasted my time.

this app is amazing anytime you have problems that you need to be reported the city is able to let you know who to or they just take care of it and assign it themselves a really great app if you live in Albuquerque.

We have lived with an issue about really bright outdoor lights on our neighbors backyard for half a year and I sent a request to see what can be done this morning on this app and it is already solved within one day! Unbelievably fast. Thank you, we will be able to sleep now!
