Folks have asked for more free content, and that is happening. The Blackwater Swamp scenario will be FREE for everybody. This happens in Update 750, that's going to arrive in Dec 2024 or Jan 2025.

A very short "preview" version of STRANDED ISLE is becoming available to Raven/Wolf owners in December 2024 and an improved map in January.

Update 740 testing is going on, and hits play store as soon as we've ensured there's no major bugs.

-- NOTE ABOUT CLASSIC OLDER 319 UPDATE --
The old 2018 version codebase was in such state that it became impossible to add new features and eventually this version would have been removed from stores due incompatible android. The whole game codebase was redone (twice) and the new version now is the only one available. This lead to choices that were either "old version is lost forever" or "new version replaces it" and the "new version replaces" was the choice. Some of the classic features have been fixed in update 680 and please do keep giving .

There's been requests for a "classic" version within Survive so emailing [email protected] with subject line "CLASSIC" can impact development plans.

741: fixes inventory ui, fixes several bugs, tweaks crafting recipes, achievements, rescue handling (after 3 days from sending the radio call) and adds new content to Grizzly Mountains. New content requires restarting the scenario. The health/hydration etc icons now ”fill” based on how much is remaining. Inventory UI is reorganized to ensure it works on different devices. Gameplay has been tuned to be somewhat more difficult now.

Update 750 is in development.

I love the new update, adding perks now allows you to have different playstyles. I also really like how the game looks now. One thing that can be improved is item descriptions, as there are items I'm not sure what they are for e.g. scent mask spray (does it increase trap rates? Animal encounters? Hunting success rate?, metal wire and bones. But despite all that, I had a really fun time playing the game. Great work.

Played this game years ago (around 2017) and kept checking in each year. I've played it a few times over the years and it's nice to see more varied backgrounds and audio. Something about the in game night time feels... Nostalgic. I'll keep checking in every year or so. Keep up the good work. @Juuso reinstalled and the tutorial works fine. It would freeze on the tutorial after pressing "Access the Situation". But it seems to work now. Edit: Pike Lake tutorial

Been playing this since the original. I like the new version. I enjoy it. Edited from 12/24/2023: I have been able to attain most achievements, some are still buggy but the addition of Grizzly Mountain was awesome. Giving more avenues to succeed in the Swamp n was nice too. Looking forward to the new scenarios. And, still trying to catch the legendary Pike.

Thanks for the updates; game gets more and more interesting. One suggestion, on the next update, could u include "boil water to drink right away", that was very useful. (Update) In previous version, u could boil water immediately and then drink if u had an active fire and nearby water source. It was faster than manually drinking from can, refilling with unsafe water, then boiling again

Screen froze but all I did was tap EVERYWHRRE on screen after starting game. It appears it has invisible or semi invisible 'next-screen' function immeditely after starting game, so if is resolved now. I really liked the old veraion and am lookin fwd to trying this out. Cant fairly give a judgement for new version, after playing it several times. So I will give it a 4 until I return. The game seeema really good. A lot more flexibilities.

Oh thank you! We finally have storage options. I dunno if this is too much of an ask, but can we have "tutorial demos" for the two scenarios that are paid? They seem to focus on different aspects than the free scenario. Also, this one is just a suggestion, but can you potentially branch out to something like a "Zombie apocalypse" scenario? I feel like it would be so cool with what the game already has. Edit: Yeah! A spinoff with tweaked mechanics, and different themes would be amazing!

I got this from my old phone before and love it and it has limited game route while now there's new ones. Tougher and challenging but in a good way. I like how it gives realistic options base on your action. The upgrade on the bag and other crafts is a big help. I read some of the suggestions, apocalypse can be great aswell as cryptids I think. I mean if one must add challenge there is that in real life that no one can explain like mysteries and beat the lore. All in all this game is cool 😊

EDIT Dec 2024: The latest update dramatically improved the game. As promised, there are new scenarios and updated features and scenes, which are a lot of fun. It gets under your skin - I found myself eyeing a tarp at a hardware store yesterday before realizing that I didn't need to camp in the wilderness anytime soon. The best part of the game are the surprises - unexpected events, rare finds, interesting scenery, etc.
