Whenever there is an update, it will kick me into driving mode when I put myself off duty or sleeper. I will continue to do that multiple times. It also doesn't allow you to edit your time (not driving) unless you have to change your status completely, then edit the portion you want, then have to go to the other portion & change it to what is correct as well. Worst ELD I have ever used.

Not very Intuitive/driver friendly and sometimes difficult to navigate. Does't record truck odometer @ status changes so requires a 2nd paper notebook if you must record miles at delivery points. No muscle memory. Doesn't bring up suggestions from past entries in remarks. Must manually input fuel station names and addresses EVERY TIME, even if you've fueled at that location repeatedly. Same with recurring events that must be noted in logs, such as brake check pullouts. Gets real old real fast.

The app has never gotten my odometer reading properly. It's always telling me it only has partial communications with the truck. I had 2 days when I didn't even record any of my driving or update my locations properly. If you forget to fill out your DVIR when you do your pre-trip. When you go to fill it out, there is no way to put the actual time that you did the DVIR. You can only put it in at the current time. Having the wrong time on your DVIR is falsifying your logs. Plus more that won't fit

When I go off duty I would like to be able to go off duty. Often when I press 'go off duty and sign out' I will stay on duty. Next day I have to manually edit HoS. When I'm doing DVIR I have to manually edit my odometer since the app thinks my vehicle has 99 miles less than it does. I have to change this Every. Single. Day. Let me change it once and carry it forward.

Keeps crashing every morning and takes a while for the app to reload. When it finally does, I ALWAYS have re-enter my shipping ID. Sometimes, it doesn't even need to crash for it to erase the ID, it just does at random times.

Needs quite a bit of work. Automatically rotates me and there's no way to turn it off. Editing hours of service is exceeding a glitchy and aggravating. Not a terribly swing or economical interface

The UI is inefficient. In order to change duty status from the load screen you have to press back at least 3 times. When entering load information it doesn't put the cursor in the only field to fill in information. There isn't a mark all messages read button. It's duplicating messages both on my phone and in the app. It rarely, if ever, sees the truck I'm logging in to. You have to arrive twice to end one load and begin another. A lot of days I have to manually input my location at shift change.
