Awesome... 1 year ago... This app used to be flawless in the past. ed content was available at all time without the need of any connection and there was not any bug while reading. Quality is slowly degrading now. Even if you content, you'll need a connection to fetch stuff. Often after having ed your book, you cannot read it because of unspecified kind of error. Feeling really bad to rate it mediocre but this is the app I use the most on my phone.

I really surprised how bad this app is. I have only come here from kindle as work provided it, but the app needs a huge amount of catching up in comparison. For example: 1. Search is completely utterly broken. 2. Why does it take so long to load up / "initialise". 3. Need to provide more visual theme options. Dark theme doesnt work in book. 4. Needs more bookmarking options. 5. Doesn't sync well between multiple devices.

Recent update completely destroyed experience. Now you have to read by going to start a free trial, that opens up your browser and forces you to sign in. Then only offers you a browser experience until you open up a book. Prompting you to go back to the app. Even after all of this, the app still doesn't recognize that you have a valid so you have to keep repeating this process.

Handy to be able to books but would be nice if the app worked properly. The most annoying problem is the text randomly disappearing. Then there is the slow loading and ing. It loosing my place and randomly locking up are also frustrating.

The app is good. Please provide option to choose quality of the video while live event is going on, to choose optimised video quality based on network speed. Also, allow picture in picture option, so that we can stay connected on the video, even if we switch to other apps..

There are some issues with app when opening ebook. Although I ed the copy for offline reading still it is takes long time to open the book. When switch between apps, the opened book will become blank and have to reopen the app. Developers, please check this and fiz this for the Android version.

While reading a book, if I minimize and open the app twice, the pages stop displaying. I have to then back out of the book and reopen it in order for the text to appear. This happens regardless of if the book is ed.
