"Cultures: 8th Wonder of the World" is part of the widely popular RTS game series "Cultures" and the successor of the well-known and successful "Cultures 2 - The Gates of Asgard" and "Cultures: Northland". This adventure and strategy game will see you assuming the role of a Viking hero charged with saving humanity from the forces of evil.8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD takes place some years after the end of "Northland". The renowned heroes around the Viking Bjarni retired after their last adventure and enjoyed their daily lives.
But one day the powers of darkness and evil slowly began spreading all over the world. At the beginning, nobody noticed this or paid any attention, but people soon felt that suspicion, hate, war and harm were returning to humanity. More and more parts of the known world were attacked by the evil that nobody could grasp or fight against. When the end seemed close and the world stood on the brink of eternal chaos, the chiefs of all countries gathered in the Council of Nations. In long debates they tried to find a means to fight the evil. But nobody knew what could be done...
The one of the wise men came across some old writings which mentioned a way to fight the evil. A long and dangerous way, because only if the Eight Wonders of the Would were built again could darkness be banished and the evil defeated.

It's great, just like the PC version, very nostalgic. Though they do need to fix the map toggles, can't see the chest or animals toggle option which is a must. One might also take some time to get used to the controls but if they played on PC they will get the hang of it very soon. Oh and unfortunately can't play it with your friends, a LAN option would have been great but alas it's a mobile port.

This game runs really well with almost same experience as the PC version. But to be fair you have to mess around with the aspect ratio of the game if you want to play it properly (rip curved screen s though) and to do that you have to change it in the settings which can be only accessed when you start a mission. Few buttons like the important toggle chest in minimap/map, toggle domesticated animals, expand map, etc. is clipped out so you can't use it.

I used to play back when I was younger. Been searching for this game for years. Finally found it on steam for my laptop and caught it for a sweet 87 cents. Liked it so much I paid the 6 bucks to have it on mobile. Obviously, some things are different and take some getting used to but I feel like it does a pretty good job. Sometimes have trouble opening a few menus but it's tolerable. I just have a small s23 so I'm guessing this is why lol. Great game.

Love the cultures game. Been looking forever for it from ing it back in the day. Glad I found it. Is kind of small for this s23 but it's manageable. 10/10 would recommend.

cant even play the game it comes up Runesoft then back to my main menu very disappointed payed and all cant even get a refund wth
