Easy, convient, but should have delivery options, -1 star for that. 4 for Food, service, all the delivery Svcs today, no reason to not have delivery, or hire your own! The food is amazing, my Favorite BBQ, but with my off and on Inability to drive, get to, It makes Ordering and pick up here, very limited. I love my BBQ. You'd be the Only ones I'd order, if you had delivery options. Might want to think about that. More business. Happier customers, win-win Thanks

I always love going to this location everyone is so accommodating. Nena Buchholtz is excellent both at the go and as a server! The meat is always cooked well and very tasty food but sitting at the bar is always a treat because everyone's so friendly and personable.

So this app needs to do the math right. My order was 84.37, and I gave a 16.87 tip that is a total of 101.24, but at the end, after I paid, it said 118.11 -_- there is no tax in oregon so... other than that, the app is easy to use :). I got charged for the correct amount, so the app showed the incorrect value. Just seeing the extra fees on there almost have me a heart attack :D

Scam. Wanted to buy some gift cards to pay for a dinner party more easily. Physical cards are labeled as having a long processing time (of course). Digital cards are not labeled as having a processing time. I bought digital gift cards thinking I'd have them in 2 hrs. After realizing I wouldn't, I went to cancel the order. They refused. So despite not having the gift cards, they wouldn't refund me. I only bought them because they were implied to not have a processing time. Scam.

My most favorite go-to restaurant!!. The service, the staff, and the food is amazing!! My favorite: bone in ribeye, baked potato, and house salad with thousand island dressing. The app is fantastic. Every time I order my food, when I get there, it's always ready and made to order. The manager of the Cartersville Georgia location, Margie, is wonderful.

Every time I try to open USPS tracking links the Texas Roadhouse app comes up as the primary option for doing so. 🤨🤨🤨 It allows me to open them in Chrome "just once" but still comes up as the first option over anything else.

Makes ordering simple! I would rate higher, but it displays an incorrect amount every time. Almost as if it is counting the tip twice. **Doesn't charge the higher amount, just displays it.
