If I could I would give 0 stars for not including a recalibrate option and not responding to emails. I received the kishi v2 controller as a gift and messed up the calibration. The controller is completely unusable now as whenever I launch a game both the a and x buttons respond as if x was pressed. But in the nexus app all buttons respond normally. This makes every game unplayable as I no longer have a confirm button. Most games don't have remapping options so I can't even make due.

my only complaint is that I can't remap the home button or Screenshot button. I don't need either of them to do their current function. when I'm using the virtual controller, it'd be so useful if I could use them as more buttons

I like the Kishi v2 Pro controller, it's much more responsive than bluetooth controllers, but the two short sticks are very sensitive and takes a quite some time to get used to, but it works. However, it looks like the Nexus app lacks basic functions. Unless you need button mapping, you could probably get away with not installing this Razer Nexus app altogether. Controller doesn't seem to have any type of built in vibration / rumble in all games tested, and the sound rumble is just horrible.

Was good at first. Now works on menu but In game only start select and b and a button works .Xbox game and emulators do recognise the razor but just stop working .You can't even remap the buttons or even set them up .6 months and now the issues start. And yes I did razor service and it's a big hassle just to get your question answered and it's not worth it.

App crashing after cloud play,2nd day having,razar plus 23' ..I I've done everything possible,even the virtual buttons someone respond ,I'll be returning this to my local store where I purchased..just terrible for a costly accessory.i had the backbone..no problems .I should of kept it .such ashame ,as it works well far as the sticks and feels comfortable ,but the app has to many problems right now,and yes I reached out to and the only reply was we are forwarding to the right dept.

I am shocked at how bad the nexus app is, also the razer id process (not fit for completing it on android). this is a company that is supposed to make top notch stuff. where is the ability to modify your library? like add/remove? I don't want every app nexus thinks is game worthy showing up. I'm using this with the kishi v2, possibly the last piece of H/W I buy from razer. so disappointed.

Everything in the app is great but can you peeps from the Razer dev team add a default menu music in this Launcher app, also a sound effect noise when sliding to another application and also add another sound when selecting an app, not to mention add background cover images for the apps when we are sliding to them even if it's just the normal art from our app icons we don't mind. Please take this lowly fan suggestions into deep consideration

you can make an update that there may be mapping some very famous games by default, example like Genshin impact, Call of duty Mobile. So people can have a default mapping to be able to play easier, I would like Genshin impact, to have a default mapping to play and that I not only have to create the mapping myself.
