Let me preface this brief review by letting the reader know I have been using the Rapid Recon app for several years now and besides a few glitches here and there, it's been a pretty great tool... But the recent update is a total step backwards. Slow, slow, slow! Poor redesign, and poor execution. It makes life difficult and stressful for the flat-rate used car reconditioning technician. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I love this program and the convenience it brings me. As much as I love this program this new update took a step backwards. The new features are interesting but the overall performance and speed of the program is subpar. I could care less about how it looks but the developers need to do some serious optimization. The desktop version and the mobile app run poorly and I have had nothing but constant issues with them. It's sad to see a program I love so much become utterly useless and impractical👎

Absolutely terrible app. Only works when it feels like it. Most features don't work and you have to exit out and reopen. Constantly freezes. Overall a major POS

It is the worst app that I have ever used. It's very slow and have to re-start about 20 times a day. Sometimes, it doesn't save data. Have to enter it twice. I would delete it if I didn't need it for my job.

I have been using this program for the last 8 or 9 years now. I had this at a used car dealer I worked at until they closed their doors and then hired onto another used car dealer. I presented this to management and bam. They like it. I was lost not having this app. It will keep your inventory organized, plus knowing the location of the vehicle and who currently has it. Not only that, detailed notes can be applied to the current status of the vehicle. I recommend dealerships to use this.

Horrible app!!! They need to go back to the old version!! It freezes up, takes forever to , it won't show my cars in the approval step. I have to use a desktop to approve estimates and I'm not always at my desk. I could go on and on but you get the picture.

Absolutely terrible, I hate that I have to use this for work. Constantly restarts on taking photos, constantly gets stuck on loading screens, it's super annoying! Can't really recommend in its current state until all the bugs are fixed. Device - Galaxy S23 Ultra
