Excellent app. Although I would expect no less at the price per month. But I'm having an issue with the wifi connection. Every time we go to the videos or navigate around the app the screen comes up with "connection problem" and then the parental quiz. This is most annoying for our daughter. Would be quite keen to keep the app, but not if we can't get this issue solved. Please help. Thanks.

There are two things that are awfully critical to this app Firstly, why do I need to pay for everything if the app is free? It asks me to pay for whatever I touch. Why do I have to do this if on my tv it brings pocoyo with it for no cost? More importantly, there are too many apps. It comes with dozens of apps that are completely useless. They're nothing but a waste of storage. Pocoyo house doesn't take up a lot of space and these apps combined take up more than that.

I have the same issue as N R. I paid for the monthly subscription, then my subscription was canceled and the money was refunded a few days later. I didn't cancel the subscription.

Why does.everything cost money except show draw and stickers. If you want more people ing your app then maybe you should make stuff for not moneys I had a sandbox once and everything was locked on it too so I deleted it and honestly I forgot what it was called please fix

This app is a literal scam Bought it for my son, who has a children's . I never got a prompt to make an with my phone number and , but somehow that's how you're supposed to ? So where'd my money go? How am I supposed to access this if I was never prompted to create one? This makes ZERO sense. I looked for hours for a solution. Don't give these people your money.

You are a liar, I tried this app and it was good but they said in the description that there is no in app payment, but so you know what, we have to pay for most of the things, Zinkia I am not happy :(

Pocoyo is fun and different...teaches kids independence...in my opinion a little too much independence because there no adults or parents or even mention of them...it's an unrealistic cartoon, but it makes kids laugh.
