It was an fun experience playing this game ever since I just played few weeks ago but I noticed that quite an few times the game crashes a lot for me while I was collecting cookies that in the process I lost some of my progress that I worked hard for & had to do it all over again which is frustrating. I hope you can help fix the game for players to have an smooth & fun experience without making us lost the progress we made so far!

Can't find the settings anywhere and the game is SO loud. I want to be able to utilize my phone for music or videos while playing this but I can't turn the game down. It's just a bad and confusing interface that I can't understand how the game was released without having the UI improved.

Wasted 100 days to collect the ad free upgrade. I assumed when it said no more "FORCED" ads it meant the daily wheel and time skip ads since we are "forced" to watch them to collect those. I was wrong. Could be labeled better. Not sure what forced ads is supposed to mean. Otherwise the game was cool.

I enjoy this game and play daily. It's a 5 star game if I could just find more info. I'm going to sound like a nerd, but I want to skim through the rules of play. I want to better understand the showcase items and upgrading them. I really just want the game play instruction manual. Please post the game play info somewhere easily accessible in the game.

Fun, but recent changes and nerfs kind of made the game less fun for me. That and a lot of things are really really unbalanced. I don't need Homemade Cookies anymore yet I get Flash Sale chests for 90 of them. I'd love more ways to convert certain cookies into other cookies and I'd love to see things more balanced and numbers that make more sense. Other than that, it's a fun little idle game.

The game is absolutely amazing! Everything I expected maybe more, while it's slow at the start there's still a lot of content to mess around with. As of now I'm not aware if there's a faster way getting cupcakes other than the cupcakes tabs or cookie sheet.

The game just starts to feel really slow eventually. A nice thing you could add is a way to open multiple team packs/mystery packs at once instead of opening them one by one. I have 100 team packs but can't be bothered to open them all, it takes ages.

A disgusting mockery of the classic game Cookie Clicker. No sense of progression, just click the highlighted buttons and watch happy graphics play. Countless tasks and buttons to click for no real reason. Completely devoid of soul. This game made me angry while playing it with how offensive it's transgressions were. I didn't pay a dime for it and still feel ripped off.
