Has integrated Bluetooth, Philips still needs my wifi data. App is a total fail. No realtime data, instead they present a forecast from a third party website. For what exactly? Come on, why would I want to see a random forecast for some city? I want to see what's going on NOW in MY room. Since today constantly "Connecting"... looks like their servers are down so no way to connect to my device which is next to me. Thanks Philips. Thanks. NEVER AGAIN.

Total failure! I cannot connect to my device which ia the main purpose! I get though shity articles and weather forecasts. They need all the data they can gather grab from your phone, cannot start without location enabled and it is full of nothing. Nothing works. A simple bluetooth would have been enough. But they needed wifi and horibly connection process. Duck you Philips software genius!!!

App is unintuitive, with questionable data measurements being incomplete and/or wrong. Setup Connection procedure inconvenient, 2.4Ghz network is mandatory. Interface outdated, and with lack of explanations and nonsense data (e.g. how can Auto+ mode show that it was "activated X times in last 24 hours" when the purifier was simply switched off) . A lot needs to be improved here especially considering the purifier cost almost 500€ Android 13 / Product: 4000i

This app is just a basic remote controller. There's not even a basic scheduling function. I can't set up my purifier to enter "sleep mode" every evening and resume "automatic mode" every morning. Quite disappointing, especially for the most expensive of their 2-in-1 devices (purifier and humidifier). Oh, and I need to re-sync my device with the app and the WiFi, everytime I unplugged it to switch rooms.

@Philips I do not need ! I need a reliable app! I had to reconnect it in Google home again too. It's "working". Point is I have to reconfigure. Sick and tired. AGAIN this piece of software deletes set up devices after an update and it takes idk how many attempts to set them up again. You fiddle around with settings for hours and try again day for day for it to then work without any actual changes made. You may disconnect your device to find out that's a constant problem. Unreliable.

Amazingly Bad. Connection to the device keeps dropping or is unstable. Right next to my WiFi roter. The app freezes, doesn't update values, or gets stuck in some weird in between mode where some of the components are missing or blank. Not even the pairing process worked without manually connecting to the device's WiFi. The current allergy index in my city is "/null". Bravo. It's genuinely impressive how bad it is. Now the app asked me to leave a review. Sure, here you go.

Intuitive app with a lot of extra material. Some features seem missing or I just can't find them like setting for the confirmation noises of my device (would like to turn them off), more options for scheduled on/off like what fan speed it should run at what time interval, and I'd like to turn some types of notifications off, but not all. Right now you can only turn all on or off, but I'd like to have only 2 of 3 active.

One must be quick when adding a new device to your home WiFi network; if the of your WLAN is too long, you risk never being able to add the device (it only gives you a limited amount of time). After changing my WLAN , I was able to add my air purifier and it tells me the indoor air quality (I can also schedule cleaning sessions throughout the week).
