Great app for ordering pizza but is missing a option, especially if the meal delivered was missing items. For example, i had paid extra for toppings and for a specific crust that only is available for large, it was not given to me. i could've used the option to mention that and even take photo for proof. Even if its a dollar or two, i dont mind a refund or extra points added to what i already have. (Like what dunkin donuts app does when im missing an item in my order)

The app update is a downgrade. No prices for modifications given until you get to the cart and see the total, and no indication of which toppings are free and which aren't. Inbox had a notification for 25% off my first oder in the new app. Entered the code and it said "applied" in green with a checkmark but the total didn't go down. Canceled my order. Won't be ordering from here any more.

Poorly programmed error. App makes legit bank transaction (shown at the bank), then errors out and says "check your connection" with no indication of how to fix the problem (while charging money). Tried multiple times and got the same result with cellular, wifi, GPS on and off, restarting device, and different cards. Bad app = lost business.

Papa John's app is way better than Pizza Hut's app by far, and rivals Domino's App. It would be hard to improve on it, it works just how you'd want it to, without lag or bugs, and looks more asthetically pleasing than Domino's. Plus Papa John's is a top tier chain pizza place. Best quality and menu options for the price. I like all four of the major pizza chains but you can't go wrong with this app. The 6.99 papa pairings wings is unbeatable quality for the price. Recommend this app highly.

Everything seems to be working ok except for sometimes charging an extra penny, each time I would go to check out, instead of $30.00, it becomes $30.01. The new look is ok but I still prefer the old classic look. I haven't had any other issues with the app, but if you stay on the order page too long, and then confirm your purchase, (especially with cards) it will say there was a problem. So just confirm it again and it should go through ok if it happens to you, you won't be double charged either

It gets the job done that's for sure. But it may take a few restarts lol. After trying some promo codes it wouldn't offer any payment options other than cash or a gift card.. But restarting did fix it. Then I tried to do a carry out instead of delivery, which is what I originally selected, aaand it didn't know my area code existed.. or any others for that matter.. Again, restating the app fixed it so both were only minor delays. It was more funny than frustrating tbh lol. Pizza was amazing too,

The app isn't working when you try to . I uninstalled them reinstalled it. I cannot log on. Error message still says network error, we are having trouble loading the menu. try again later. My Wi-Fi signal is strong and working. I'm using a Pixel 6. This just happened with the latest version of the app.

The app is functional, however, if there were a box to put notes in (allergy alerts, sauce on side, Extra Well Done) things that require a call to the store anyways, would make it efficient. No complaints on my local store in NPR Florida, they are the only (mostly) consistent pizza chain around and do very well with any special requests, within reason.
