Great app to keep track of your PREMIO points and certain deals that go along with them, but ordering or putting an article in your basket is a pain... I had a few different coffee spices wish listed and the app told me "product added to basket" but it was still empty even after a "refresh". The app is definitely not recommended if you wanna buy coffee straight from it. Also, the app is slow at times, not really that much of an issue but it won't go unnoticed.

Excelent app if you wanna save up on the points and get nice discounts or vouchers for other companies. Mistakenly ed in Australië, but you can switch and teh codes actually work fine now. if you have trouble

Unable to , system says I'm a bot, that's ridiculous too many steps and toggles to . Finally I was able to , but service constantly crashes and I cannot codes, that's a shame.

This app could be a good one but is always bugging. It makes you lose points constantly by saying you're offline while you're trying to them. When you try again, it says the points have already been ed, although they haven't. It's not a matter of good network, it just bugs and lags all the time... and it has always been this way. Save yourself the effort and just use the website instead. EDIT 10/2023: It's gotten worse, after 2 years. I can't even exchange my points now.

A poorly-executed app with most of the budget spent on the looks instead of the code and optimization, hasn't been working properly in over a month. Worse yet, after weeks waiting for an "unexpected error" when trying to browse the available offers for points (the only reason I got the app) to get sorted, I checked the app store, ed the update that it doesn't tell you is available, and now I can't . All I get is a message to try again later. Offers aren't worth the hassle.

Horrible. Keeps reloading homescreen when browsing the app, keeps logging out, "technical issues please try again later" seems to be the standard message, when it does work you can place an order but not pay for it because it loads the homepage while you are being redirect to your bank... new codes are already used, the list goes on and on.

Too many technical problems. Very slow app. Low performance (XA2 Sony mobile). To install firmware, we get a success message and the app still says that we need to upgrade for the same upgraded firmware. Points from QR code does not work (app informs that due to tech issues can't complete operation). I could connect my esperta Machine, however it is so slow that does not make sense to use app to command the equipment.

Car-crash of an app, totally not working on any level. Can't , no Internet connection (but I definitely have!!), Bluetooth pairing would try the patience of a saint. Can't use my normal territory - have to say I'm somewhere else for the app to even begin to work. How's it even possible for an app from a major corporation to be this bad?? UPDATE: Just tried the latest version and absolutely nothing is any better, please fix this dreadful app.
