I paid for the activation code and was using the app on my device with all the full features available and unlocked. After updating this application on the same device I activated, they logged me out and after logging in on the same device, they are asking for payment for activation again. I am honestly unhappy with the app.

I tried creating a myschool and after adding my email address and I was asked to input an OTP code sent to my email I went to my email to copy the code and returned to the app.. I was asked to start afresh but when I get to the point of adding my email address they keep saying that the email address has been taken. I have not been able to create an on the app since then I uninstalled it and installed it back but it's still saying the same thing . I don't know what to do

I had already activated myschool app on my device before,but when i updated the app on my phone to the new version,it looged me out and I tried ing in back,but it requesting for a new activation code,I tried inputting the former one,but it popping up the activation Code has been used. But I thought activation of myschool app on a device is onetime payment Please resolve this as possible as have not been able to make use of the app since I updated it 😢😢😭😭

This app is very annoying,their customer care services is zero......I bought the activation code,only for me to try to use it and it's saying invalid ,smtg I bought with #1000 I even ed them that why is it not working......Still,they didn't reply since about 24 hours ago......Rubbish!!!!!

I activated my few months ago. I received a message in the app stating I should update for the latest jamb past questions and info's only for me to update and I was logged out. After logging in I discovered my acct has been deactivated and the other activation code is not working. Plus the code to the video lesson i just paid for has been changed. Pls I don't understand how you operate but this isn't right activation code is supposed to be a onetime purchase pls fix this pls

I have paid for the activation code and you guys have not sent it . I have been trying to reach you guys on phone call but you guys aren't picking up. So far this app has been nonsense and I'm not recommending it to anyone

I installed the app and activated it,,but I still don't have access to all the years,it's only three years that's available and it says no data found for almost any topic I select under all the subjects
