How wonderful and convenient to have your hymnal on your tablet or smartphone. This is a full featured complete SDA eHymnal with professionally typeset (not scanned) music scores and lyrics that are ultra sharp and clear. Contains all of the 695 hymns from the Seventh-day Adventist Hymnal® plus many more from the "old" hymnal and other choruses. 4-part harmony music scores for all of the hymns. Also has all of the responsive readings. All the hymns have complete piano accompaniment. Use the accompaniment for congregational singing, or to meditate on during your personal devotions. No internet connection is needed to use this hymnal after installation.
The interface has a clean look with no ads, and very easy to use. You can quickly and easily find the hymn that you want either by selecting from the alphabetical index of hymn titles and first lines, the numerical index of hymn numbers based on the Seventh-day Adventist Hymnal® or your own bookmark list. There is a full featured bookmark list for you to add songs that you need for quick access. Use the search feature to quickly search for words in the title or first line, or just enter a hymn number to jump directly to that hymn. You can also swipe left or right to go to the next or previous song just like turning pages in the printed hymnal. But what is even better is that the swipe turning sequence can either be in numerical hymn number order, alphabetical hymn title order, or bookmark list order. Zoom in for larger notes and texts both in portrait or landscape orientations.
God has given me two talents-music and computer. I have been a church pianist and organist for several decades, and professionally, I am a computer professor. So putting these two talents together, I have personally written this app to be a blessing to others. I hope that you will like it and be blessed by it. I would love to hear from you to tell me how I can improve this app.

Pretty much perfect. Haven't compared the scores to my official copy so I don't know how they compare, but I think they're the same. Idk if the app plays the scores or s the audio from an online source, but if it's the former, a transpose option would be helpful. Sometimes, it's hard to sing the songs with my family without moving it down several pitches.

I'm giving this App the 5-star rating I gave it about 15 years ago when I bought it. It is an excellent app. It's -friendly and I don't need a hymnal. I have it on an Android phone and was unable ( for a couple days) to hear the piano music for the songs. Every thing is okay now. I highly recommend it. I emailed the developer of the app and got a response within a few hours. I was asked if I was using iOS or Android. I found it irable that the response came so fast.

1.Not all hymns have organ accompaniment. 2. Real organ sounds good, but real piano sounds like an old upright. 3.The app keeps returning to synth piano with every swipe. Do we need to select the desired voice every time for every next hymn? 4. Changing the voice takes 15-20 secs everytime.

Not a bad app overall. Only two issues I have with it. Firstly the midis were not programmed for congregational singing. Secondly the chords were improvised rather than transcribed directly from the hymnal. This may be due to a engraving software limitation preventing use of split stems.

Excellent,it has the musical notes I was much interested in and can also display lyrics if one desires just that. Now it is my custom whenever I have a new device to have this APP top of my list of must have musical APPs. Most SDA APPs do not have musical notes I have observed so this is exactly what I wanted and am glad I have it.

Awesome. I'm thankful for this app. It has the best accompaniment for church and stage set ups, I'm the more pleased with the extra scores not in the physical hymn book. My only request is that you add a few more from other hymns too. At least let it have 900+ hymns

I've use a lot of hymnal apps in the past, but this is as good as it gets. You can switch from music bars to lyrics in no time. In this case the nine dollars was worth it.

Hello Developer. This book always change its ability to turn the page. Couple months ago I can turn the page of this book. But now I can't. Is something wrong with the progammer or application?
