It has potential to be great but it is just good. Bugs noticed so far: 1. "Network request failed" message on start. Does it have any impact unclear. 2. Weather not working 3. Black screen instead some nested videos. Rare but there are some. 4. After to Maxthon sync homepage loses content of My sites. and they are back. 5. Adblock in settings is not accessable. Why is it there? Despite bugs this is good browser, fine gui, adblock works. Zero crashes so far.

When I open the app I instantly get a toast that says network connection fail even tho my Internet and everything else works fine , also when I try and sign up for vbox and click send verification code to BOTH phone number or email it also gives me a connection error. Sucks that last update was in May cuz that means you guys gave up on this .

Android version is also good but I'm using it mostly on iOS and this browser performs actually well, fast and smoothly. Now the Android version is catastrophically outdated. This is unacceptable. If it is impossible to maintain the briwser by the developer, it's better to discontinue it officially.

Great! But you should visit ( BrowserGood. Com ) to install browser app. I think this is the best browser on android and I've tried many including lesser known ones. It's good because it has built in blockers. The problem with mobile browsing is that websites now are full of ads, trackers, images for ads, automatic videos. It really slows down the browser and most smartphones can't handle it. Brave blocks most of that and presumably it protects your privacy.

Maxthon was my main browser around 15 years ago. It was great. Sadly this android version is quite unusable & very buggy. A tap on search shows a page with 'Add search to your launcher', and then crashes. Opening it again shows 'Network access error', and launches a random website. Also, there is no way to change or remove any of the includes website icons on the home page. No option to add other search engines, and Google search is missing. Problem ing Google s to sites as well.

a lot different than most web browsers so there will be a learning curve for the standard uses. different doesn't mean bad its it just doesn't belong to the same group. seems fast stable web pages aren't jittery and jumping all around still miss the old Maxthon tabs on top options. I'm in search of a new web browser so I'll use it for a bit and make a decision.

Very slow and annoying. This browser always want to open THREE instances of the same page when I launch from a saved hyperlink. That makes it VERY slow to open the page. I have to close two of the three pages manually to get it to load in a reasonable amount of time. UPDATE: Uninstalling. Despite dev saying he can reproduce, the issue resolved "itself" after a couple updates. Now however, the keeper doesn't new s. Do not waste your time with this browser.

I do like Maxthon browser esp the mining. I love the integrated notes and bookmarks features! A few issues are though: crashes a bit too much so hopefully this latest update fixes that, some sites such as gmail and facebook do not display correctly for mobile and there is always a message header saying browser not ed and to update and since I cannot access UUMail on mobile as u need to open it on pc (my laptop was stolen), I cannot use it and have to use Gmail and its just horrible to view and use and s do not seem to save or even if you know u have saved them previously, they do not input in the fields to or more than often it doesn't even ask to save them. Sometimes it asks but most times it doesn't. Maybe I haven't ticked something or missed a setting and if so pls advise me, but I have checked and since it asks sometimes (rarely tho) I think I have. And the translation add on or whatever it is is not good. Not sure if it works or mobile or is integrated but it never translates and even when I had my laptop it was terrible to use anyways. Pls can u fix translations on mobile. Making it automatic would be wonderful. Chrome does have the best translation add on unfortunately but I would rather not use Chrome and would like to use maxthon all the time but have to use Chrome sometimes as Maxthon browser just doesn't give what's needed ☺☺
