This app is working really well with the virtual 360° PTZ camera I got from Geek. Keeping the camera and my phone right next to the gateway made connection and setup very easy. I have a 64G SD card installed and have not purchased a cloud package and all available features of my camera model are available for use. And the FAQ and menus in this app are comprehensive. The app functionality is greatly improved since its release. Very satisfied at this time. 👍🏻

Applications that are involved with security devices should be very, very good at one thing. This app falls short, but not because it fails to do what it's expected to; rather, because it takes far too long to do it. Once the app warns you that motion was detected, getting to the actual video feed is a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Security is a time sensitive matter, and showing an add, pushing the paid service, and waiting for the video feed to start takes far too long.

Worked great for one day but day two there's nothing on the view screen unless you put it in black & white. Also since it's saturated with ads it takes two to three minutes to be able to clear the worthless ads. In that time what ever was happening is over or I have to try and catch them on a better camera. Still don't understand the color burning out in less than 24 hours. I can not suggest nor this product.

Absolutely hate their constant persistent popup ads every time you open App, it's like they're giving you camera for free, very irritating. At times even annoying when you have to wait for a video clip to play which afterwards navigates to another site or App. This is while you're trying to access to your security cameras which is time critical. Like camera but I'm sending camera back just because of this Ads issue. Is it more important to have the ads or to sell more cameras, go figure!

What is going on with V380 Pro for Windows? I have it installed both on my Windows 10 and Windows 11, V380 Pro is simply not a good security camera monitoring app. 1.The camera will turn to the wall and stay there without reason, despite I have already preset to face the street, it does it a couple times a day. 2. I set it to start up with Windows, after it runs for 3 to 7 mins the app will shutdown on it's own, I have to click it to open again, is the app still buggy? So frustrated.

Ok picture for the job it is supposed to do. However no night vision as it was d. The battery won't last 8 hours even at just motion recording. The app is a little clunky and takes some time to figure it out. After a few days of having the app... Surprise! Adds everywhere! What is this? I know it's not a camera but at least have the decency of providing the costumers who purchased your product a clean add free experience!

Cannot get the video feed after i renewed my . Everything is online ready to go but when i go to see it....it just keeps saying connecting....money not well spent. My loss...first 2 weeks were great though. Night vision didnt work at first at all. Then it did. Then it said i never purchased storage. Now its all renewed, did everything , says its connected....but no feed.

I like the video quality and the playback quality is good just a little slow to load. My biggest issue is the time zone is way off and when I reset the time it just goes back to the wrong time. The device should not have to rely on the internet to set the time that's a defect that needs to be improved. The device still automatically changes back to the wrong time after manually setting it.
