Not a very good app. They should get a middle school kid to design them a better one. Of my four trips to the restaurant linked to this app, only one visit has points assigned. I sent a message for the last visit, but I doubt if anyone is really monitoring it.

App is pants! "Check in" isn't as easy as clicking a button.You have to notify the staff and, in the days of table service, this means telling every single server that takes your order.Going through your full name, email, phone number so they can "find you on the system".Some of the time your points are applied, mainly they are not. It is exhausting and just not worth the effort. Further to the comment, you have to tell each server, each time, because they ask you to pay each round separately.

The app doesn't work on Android 9 on Google pixel. I am loosing out on so many points. They need to get this sorted asap. Update: The app is not compatible so upgrading my rating as its good to see the company listen to its customer and do something about it. Nice work. Wish the points were transferable.

Does not work. Cannot get past the screen Edit... moved to 4 stars The developer ed me. They have made some serverside changes. The problem is linked to auto completions. Type your full email address and it works. Can't comment on the rest of the functionality as have yet to use it.

App will not load. Restarted multiple times, updated, reinstalled. Nothing seems to work. I have ensured that location services are on and have tried this in multiple locations - inside, outside, in the car, in the store i previously used the app with, etc...

Problems collecting points from my eventually resolved. Should be done automatically. Also, requesting help is mislabelled as "Send " which is something different. It also differs from the advice I received on here where I was told to select "Leave ".

This app is horrible here it is three weeks later and it is still promoting the same item that is no lonher on sale! Only reason I gave it one star is so i could post the review otherwise it would have been 0 stars! In response to Loyalzoos response...I did report it to them and they said it is on your end. It is Boardwalk Elixir in Kemah Texas. It most likely is on their end since they can't seem to get their text messages sent out to their customers!

Still not working and unable resolve, used all my email s to even ones I know I didn't use.. They all (strangely) but none of them have my history even though I can see it on the shops with my image. Not a good product.... Thanks for the reply but as I stated I have used all my email address s and still nothing, yet the I'm trying to access is still live and in use. Would appreciate this to be resolved rather than using a new . 🤔
