I like a quick game every now and then so I just play as Guest. It's good enough for me. Like most backgammon games, the dicing is conveniently not in your favour. To solve this, just don't play at the highest level even if you can. My only complaint is the markings on the board is incorrect and not like in standard backgammon boards. Makes counting a little frustrating. But on the whole, it helps me get my backgammon fix whenever I need it. 😊

I gave 5 stars because the mechanics of the game itself are wonderful, but I had to change the review after some time with 3 stars just because the game is very well made. Whenever you play with the AI, especially on medium or hard level, the dice don't seem to be casual: if you are playing well the game starts to give amazing dice combinations to the AI or the right numbers to eat one of your pieces that you were forced to leave open. It's not fair at all.

An absolute joke. If you set this game to hard it is absolutely laughable. It doesn't change strategy, it just gets nonstop doubles and first try off the bar roll ins literally every time. No joke, played about 20 games, and each of them the computer rolled 2 doubles on it's first 3 rolls - each time. Seriously don't waste your time on this trash. The board also looks awful and the dice require an electron microscope to see since they are so tiny. Finally, the games are to 5 max, so no point.

This u plays hard but does not compromise, the dice are its best for it to win. I have never ever played a real game and not have a 6 in 6 rolls. But the u cheats to better its game and it is not for winning it is for hitting at any chance it has and it will create those rolls. I have seen the dice pause and change in a roll. Not a fair setup if you ask me, you have given your computer one set up and that is hit as often as possible with no strategy. That is why i give 2 stars.

Great app. Need to tweak as many with unbelievable ratings enter the game and never roll. After minutes of waiting one leaves. Put a time allowance on rolls at beginning. Also if someone leaves you get 45 points not 90. Should be 90 points if you lose or leave. Also in backgammon many rolls are forced. In your app if someone rolls say. 6 and 1 they can move 1 spot and not move the 6 die. A forced move does not occur which is cheating. Good app but needs tweaking.

I liked this one - at first. But today I finally uninstalled it as it was too frustrating. The app seems to know what you're going to get on your next roll and plays accordingly. It stomps on your solo piece with glee, then you won't get the roll you need to get out (I needed anything but a 5 or 6, and got a 5+6 on 5 consecutive rolls, then needed anything but a 3 or 6 and got 3+6 for 3 more turns). When you do get out, you get stomped again. And, it will *always* get a double when bearing off.

it's slow on your response, if it does at all. you cannot drag out your single last chip to advance unless it allows you to. very hard to swipe and move yours but it plays perfect every move. it will correct your move and you check it and damn program rips you off on distance or split move. it plays to it s advantage outright. if I'm chgd i want my money back. terrible programming. no decent alpha or beta testing, it's obvious. shoestring programmers that write fast. why new capsule blew up

Ads can't be muted. Game works fine, sound effects good, but the dice are needlessly tiny, so it's very hard work to read the numbers (especially for those of us with low vision). Animation's so fast that it doesn't feel like a game against an opponent, the move's over before you can see what their roll was. No instructions for beginners.
