My mom and I got these together. We loved viewing our products and sometimes switching if she got something I liked more than her and vice versa. I let my subscription cancel after she ed away, but after four years and going to Ulta to buy TWO products and paying $50, I realized I get the same things in an Ipsy bag. It is SO much cheaper than going to the beauty store! I renewed this April (2025). Love it!

The app is extremely slow, which makes it annoying to work with. When I first ed it years ago, it was fine, but it seems as though it's been slowing down with each subsequent update. The features are nice, but it's pointless if I'm too frustrated by lagging to actually use the app.

I like Ipsy, and I do enjoy the whole shopping experience on the site. However, the app oftentimes lags, when trying to go from one thing to another. I wish it were faster, and a little easier to navigate. However, I do appreciate the online assistant as well as (real person) customer service; I've had a couple of orders that I needed help with, and both options have helped me. I love getting surprises every month with my subscription, as well as the additional orders I've made.

I've updated this 4×'s now, every few yrs! It's been well over a decade since I ed! I've left, come back, etc. But 1 thing remains the same: a heck of a value at the end of the day, plus a cute bag! Ya, I always get things I picked RARELY for, but overall, it's actually perfect for me! I'm not stuck w/ a full size that I can't use, so w/ it being smaller, I get to try it first! Honestly, I'd wanted to try Ipsy/BoxyCharm for years. My excitement when I first ordered my Glam Bag was far more than I want to it, and the products I got did not disappoint! So...I subscribed to BC right away! I had to wait a while, but it was worth it..2 items didn't come, but Ipsy sent them out ASAP. Now, I'm also subscribed to the Icon Box (4×/year) and Beauty Boost! 7 months in and I feel for my 46yo self just learning and experimenting, I couldn't have made a better decision! TY Ipsy!!

app freezes after clicking on a product to view the description. After trying to go back to the previous screen it freezes and I have to close the app all the way down and reopen it just to view more products. Kinda annoying especially since I'm trying to view add-on to my bag, in turn makes me just want to forget adding any extras on. 🤷

Great deals! Love shopping with ipsy. I took away one star because I've had some issues getting all of my packages, getting them on time, or receiving all items in my orders. Occasionally, I will receive an expired product or a mascara that dried out. I do shop weekly as well as my monthly subscriptions and will continue to shop with them. They do replace or refund without much hassle, but I have had a number of issues as I just described.

Shipping is extremely slow. I ordered on the 1st. They dropped it off to be shipped on the 5th and on the 15th it is still sitting in the same place. I have placed 4 orders and they were all like that. The app is extremely slow and will time out. It is very frustrating. All my happy excitement gets replaced with boredom and frustration. The AI helper chatbot doesn't understand anything and you can't talk to a person to get help. After I started crying I canceled the subscription. Just stressful
