Smart Wifi Instant Pot not in the list of appliances. Only the Pro Max. All instructions say to click "kitchen" but that option is not even there. Just Home, Appliances, and Recipes. I have tried all options under appliances but it did not connect. I even tried to connect to the WiFi signal that it gives off (shows up in networks) just like I had to do when working on solar envoys. My device just can't connect to the app.

The recipes are great but on most of them you can't see all of the instructions because of a large black and green pop up at the bottom of the screen that says "START COOKING" and the green pop up inside the black one which says"STEP BY STEP". THEY CUT OFF HALF THE FRIGGING SCREEN, WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING. This makes me loose my enthusiasm for using this app. If it weren't for that of give it five stars.

There are good recipes. However, after having the app for about 2 years and numerous recipes saved, all of a sudden, all of my saved recipes are gone. Vanished. Not real happy about that. Makes me not trust the app to store the recipes any longer, which is a shame since they are specifically geared towards instapot use.

You used to be able to select stop appliance when venting, then you could change venting type. Now you can no longer do this from the app. Just updated to 1 start, I am unable to use sous vide from the app now, it says temp out of range no matter how low or high the temp is set 2024: The app was updated now to remove the option to cook with seconds. It makes no sense to remove this function. It's used with making soft boiled eggs. One of the only products I have owned that has got dumber.

This is not a bad application. However, I would certainly like to see improvements to the app in regards to accessibility for individuals like myself who utilize screen readers. While some of the controls do read out, we are not able to at least on the Android side, make adjustments to things such as pressure level, time, and pressure release settings..

I just bought my 3qt instant pot last night and the app. I was impressed with how easy it was to find recipes and the filters were great. It was great when you could even change the serving size and it would automatically adj ingredients proportions. This morning there was an update and those features are now gone?? No more additional filters and no more adjusting based on serving size. I'm not sure how this major update is beneficial to the customer?

I change my review because the last update change the app for bad. It's not so easy as use to be and the recipe when you enter it don't do the step by step with the timing that is really helpful when you are doing different things. I hope that you change or at least add the good things of the previous app. Updates are to evolve to better things. Also I got a few list and they disappeared and everything is mixed.

This app could be soooo much more for the Instant Pot Pro. The pot monitors pressure and other things, but the app doesn't. It ONLY starts a cooking process and tells us when the pressure cooking is done. It doesn't tell us when the venting is done. It doesn't allow us to set natural release followed by quick, even though most recipes call for that. It doesn't allow us to add our own "recipes." Again, it could be soooo much more.
