Tested several times, ed and they are pretty responsive and worked out some of the issues. Will need to test further. I think they should offer an unlimited use option so you don't have to think about the whole "coin" thing. Thank you, I did respond. That is why I changed my rating after doing one test. But ran out of coins to do further tests. Thanks

The winner always comes up without a photo, even though they have a photo on Instagram and I have great wifi connection. I've sent an email but haven't got any reply. Not worth the money at all.

I was very skeptical of this app at first but when I did my first major giveaway on Instagram, my free basic coin giveaway went well with no problems and managed to find not just my winners but also reserve winners. Sadly, the pro coin one does not work. It stays at choosing first winner and never goes beyond that. I don't know if the app needs an update or what but because of this I had to remove two stars.

Dear Rafi team Thank you for a fun application, the countdown and screen recording features are amazing. But I haven't been able to use it since I first tried it out for free! I bought coins for the Pro giveaway option but still the app won't work! It allows me to enter the data for the giveaway but the post picture doesn't show up and the count down is blank! There is no option to view my coins or enter any code for them! Can someone help me?

Cannot screen record. All permissions are on. I need to pick a winner today and record it. Worked before so not sure why it has stopped today. I have deleted and resinztalled the app but still have the issue. Please fix this bug it is very annoying!!

Good app so I'll list the cons and if I'm not using this app correctly please let me know. The app didn't tell me how many entries there were and it didn't help that I didn't see a lot of different profile pictures. I recalled a lot of handles because we had around 450 comments (s were allowed multiple entries) and we kept seeing the same ones. I didn't exclude multiple entries so I'm not sure how much I can trust the app...?

App only pulls a handful of people from the post to run the giveaway. Very disappointed after paying for it. Unfortunately, I can see a lot of reviews with the same issue and seems like it's an ongoing problem. Really appreciate if you refund my balance credit.
