The update is so so bad, it's a pain to use, I can't put in my actual address so I have restaurants missing and the minimum amount is now very high. The new app doesn't even allow to see the ingredients nor remove ingredients, that's just so bad! The app layout was perfect and functional before, it is now unusable, I'm switching to getir.

The good thing about it is that there is an English language service. The ugly is that my late night order never arrived but they kept updating the time. At least, one should have an option to cancel such order.

Ordered food and did not received order. Got "limited order tracking" status without any possibility to understand what happening. Help button does nothing. Call to restaurant requires me to call in roaming. This is very sad, I am sitting hungry and waiting courier on the street. After 90 minutes of waiting I called to the restaurant to get no information but to spend in roaming more than the price of the burger. Very frustrating experience.

Waste of time and effort using this app, took ages to get my items into the basket, and couldn't place the order in the end due to be rate limited, then my email address was banned even though I've never used this services before, my Turkish mobile number was invalid (it was not), Facebook was not working, then it said I hadn't accepted the (even though I had). Worst tested app in android history.

Used to be really good but in last two weeks I have had two instances where the restaurants claimed that the rider came to my house and I didn't answer so they cancelled my order. Both times I was waiting outside with my phone in hand, nobody came or called. Both times it was an order with a decent discount. And I doubt if Yemeksepeti took any action against the restaurans.

No English Only Turkish. Hard to navigate through as a foreigner with no Turkish skills. I was lucky I someone in the elevator explained me that the driver arrived. The motion of the driver was also not shown in the app. So I could not know from the map that the driver arrived

App says there's not enough balance for this order and asks to add a payment method and when I do select one then it goes back to previous screen and keeps asking to add a payment method. So I can't order anything.

It works fast and is responsive so feels solid, BUT finding food and ordering feels like it is a test from high school; not hard in particular but looks and feels complicated.
