This used to be a really good app, but unfortunately ever since I had to do an update on it a few months ago I have had major issues! The new version of the app doesn't have everything that the old version has and it's constantly glitching and freezing on me. Very very annoying and I have considered using other psychic apps because of it.

App problems, updates are not good. I can't open the app at all, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have Google search and open the system from the web page.

too expensive. the $2.99 is too much as well, let alone the app had a glitch that it overcharged my card and paid total of 80€ they didnt refund. most readers are even vague and say the same thing, only few are legit but are very costly. also the timer feels so fast and your money is off the drain..they charge additional $2 for the service fee. its a chance situation if you get an accurate reader who types fast and in tune, your 5mins is well detailed. if not then, all down to drain.

From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.

Let's talk about Keen and their, "Play Fair," team. "Play Fair," does NOT play fair. I signed up to be an advisor on Keen back in 2019, and get this: I was having some issues with my and was going back and forth with Keen's "Play Fair," team to try and get it fixed. Then, I was suddenly unable to to my . I ed them about this new issue, and it turned out that the, "Play Fair," team decided to permanently delete my instead of help me resolve my previous issue.

It was a good app until they started charging the $2.99 connection fee. I won't be using them anymore. It's hard enough filtering through to find a good advisor to always have to have this fee tacked on now is assured. There is another app that let's you chat with advisors for free then can book sessions after you've gotten comfortable. I'm moving over to them.
