The minimum cost for service was increased from €0,18 to 0.30 and now to 0.50, since i installed the app 15 months ago. Minimum order amount applies for all restaurants, with the minimum being €6.00. Also, substantial increase in the cost for delivery. The of the subscription to foody-pro (€5.99 for zero delivery cost on a very small number of restaurants), were changed without notice, now requires minimum order €8.00). I will uninstall and look for altrnatives upon end of my subscription!

This app is basically every other delivery service except much worse. Slow, has bugs, and doesn't track most restaurants which are bad for the delivery drivers.

Our orders confirmed but never received. And the reply of foody was that the order did not send to the store and we dont know the reason. Why are you sending confirmation then and people waiting for their orders? And this did not happened only once.

Terrible app. The piniata discount was. ot working properly as it was shown on my order breakdown but was not applied when I placed the order. I spoke with customer but ofc "there's nothing they could do". I'm deleting this app, off to Wolt for sure.

I wanted to try the free pro Foody month and they CHARGED ME even if I canceled it before the month ends!!! It's a scam don't fall to this trap like I did. After ing them many time wasting my time, finally a girl who works for them informed me that indeed it was THEIR MISTAKE, AND THAT I SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED. She offered me to give me a voucher but I didn't accept. I asked for my money back but she said that our program doesn't let me do that!!
