IMPORTANT NOTE: Blokada could be what breaks it when installing an update! I too had problems with the app sticking at setup after updating - fixed when asked by the helpdesk to reset APN and networking defaults (lost my list of WiFi and Bluetooth connections) but it still has issues when Blokada is active! Original review: Does the job, tries to be fun, has a couple of nice extras like the bubble game.

This app is worse than junk, I tried to upgrade my phone, according to the app credit check was ok and all good, I called 3 customer services as I didn't get a confirmation email and there was no record of my order, so I cancelled the upgrade. Recently tried to purchase a 14 day "go roam Europe" , didn't get confirmation so tried again, no confirmation on either the app or via email, ended up being billed for 3 es. Customer services are brilliant and sorted it all out quickly.

Do not trust this app for charges that automatically renew that you might want to cancel! It is broken in ways that let Three take more money from customers. For me, cancelling an auto-renew will appear to work briefly, but then the auto-renew will be back. Since it appeared to work (and I had no reason to double-check that) I foolishly assumed it had, and so was charged for something I had tried to cancel.

Truly terrible design not fit for purpose. Basically just had a couple of ads and then redirects you to the website. Can't there as the for the app (correct) keeps logging in to an old under the same email address online (incorrect) no link between them. Can't change any details as keep getting shunted to the old .

App does my box in. Logs you out all the time , even though I have fingerprint set up. Then to , you need a email address. All good and well, but I have 4 sims with them, so not clear to who's who. Why can't it be the Mobile number? Having to resort to writing down s in 2024!!

In a word it’s a most bad interface (UI) in world. I Couldn't maintain my 2 sim cards this app whenever I want to it shows me previous sim allowance. And the app is too slow(scrolling, clicking) And It's really complicated to use this app. Please change your app interface. make it easier to use for customers.

This might be one of the most useless apps I have on my phone, everytime I open it to check what is going on with my or billing process I need to try and , I day try because I can never really because there is an error with the app and the next step never happens. This app is basically used to promote whatever new offers exist and you may be eligible for, but whatever you try to do in-app, you'll constantly be redirected to the browser, which makes the app useless.

My app hasn't been working correctly for weeks, if not months. Went on today and finally working! Topped up, then got a message saying I needed to update my app in Google play. Updated it, now it's back to the way it was. Can't get onto my . Keeps saying ' something went wrong' we are fixing this.
