My customers are not receiving push notifications for events nor are the events showing up under the noticatio bell on their Hik-Connect app. The sounder on the NVR works when the camera detects motion. Notify Surveillance Center is checked. Why aren't events and push notifications working? Problem only occurs when handing over the from Hik-Partner Pro. Alerts and Push Notifications work if you bind to the Hik-Connect app. This is a poor solution because I loose remote service capability

The save and copy (to other cameras) buttons seem to have no effect when setting the recording schedule for motion/continuous. Now the settings page on any device is just blank. App has been getting worse.

Bad program from a bad company that puts obstales in front of customers under the pretext of security. Changing the or unbinding the device must be done through the company in a complicated way that you cannt do through the device.

It have a problem in records if we go to playback that was to much laggy and the camara dont load and take to much time to load pls can u fix it and when we enter the app it need 3-4 min to start and fix it too pls i will give 5 star if u fix it
