I paid for ayear subscription, and only was sble to play for 2 months because this app has been frozen since then. Trying to cancel my subscription but cant get in to cancel. I also think I should get back at least some of my money since I have not been able to play this app. (PLEASE HELP) I do not want for the yearly subscription anymore. Thank you.

Doesn't work. I should have listened to the other reviews. I was unable to purchase the subscription through the app so I went to the website and signed up. I logged into the Android app on my tablet and it kept promoting me to subscribe. I went to "Restore Purchase" and it would load a plain black screen and freeze. I work in IT. I'm quite capable at troubleshooting app issues. Multiple cache clears and following the suggestions from customer service in other reviews did nothing.

I love highlights, always have. Great to know they are digital, so why 2 stars? Well let me tell you why, because all of my progress keeps getting earased so I keep having to go back in and replay puzzles to get stars I have already won! This bug needs to be fixed, and NO I'm not hitting or accidently restoring my purchases, its a bug! Fix it and I would hands down give it 5 stars!

I would rate this game higher but it glitches too much. I ed customer service and all they have been able to do is suggest unistalling and reinstalling the app. That works for a couple days then it glitches again. Won't let me sign in or if it does, can't play any games or try to tap on an object but it won't acknowledge it. It's a great and addicting app without the glitches though.

When the app works correctly, it is fun and I lose track of time. Unfortunately I've had several pictures that are unplayable because where the object is located isn't where the app "finds" the object. All hidden objects in those are "found" diagonally left/above where it is located in the picture. 11-29-2021 Under "Seasonal" there are 5 puzzles that have the above-mentioned glitch: the bear movie, baseball field, fall scarecrow pumpkins, black&white snow, and bug clothesline.

I made the mistake of subscribing (at 3.99 a month) thinking I would get new puzzles every month. Never happened. While you do get puzzles every day, none of them are "new", I've played them all before. So while the first batch of puzzles are fun, once you're done, that's it. I cancelled my subscription and will uninstall.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice today. The app doesn't install but tells me where I can get trouble shooting advice. I have to say it did work for the first few months but no longer. The only thing that really work well was when they charged my card for the year I didn't get to use till the end. We all loved highlights and I wanted to share with my grandkids. It's too bad.

Terrible setup. Im paying for it yet its not opening up everything. Reply: I have an I had to call both google and hidden pictures and deal with finger pointing. Very disappointed. In the end I deleted it and reed it and finally got it to show I was paying for it. Major pain. For the reply from Google I have an my kids have unlocked a lot of things and every time they don't play it for a couple of weeks we get completely out and we cannot reconnect to our !
