Edit: trash company. What you did to private servers after 20 years is unacceptable. I absolutely love this game, I think its an improvement from the original RO i spent years playing. very well done!! That being said im getting really sick of the bugs... i can't even get in the game right now. I click 'touch to start' and it sits there. The only resolution is to re-install which is a pain without a wifi connection in my home.

I'm stuck on the logon screen like everybody else. It's been like this for 2 days now. I'm not going to keep clearing data every time I play. And I spent money and can't play. I want a refund if you cant fix this. (Its a great game. The nostalgia is awesome. The issue seams to be resolved. Change my review to 5 star as long as it doesn't happen again..)

I love RO and this version is really great. There's been a lot of versions of RO over the years, but this one finally captures the same spirit of the original. It's loaded with nostalgia while doing a great job of adapting it for the platform. I've been glued to the game for days! However, old habits die hard it seems. No skin tone options and no gay marriage? You can't release a game and exclude these things anymore. Please fix this.

It's been happening too often where the game just gets stuck on the log-in screen. I would press start and nothing happens at all. I can fix it, but I have to erase data and then re- everything, and just doing this for far too many times gets pretty annoying. I don't want to have to keep doing this all the time (so I already know the solution, but it's not good enough). I would love it to just work. I love Ragnarok, but this ongoing issue really puts me off from wanting to play it.

1 star for now... The game itself is quite fun, a massive grind but still fun. The real problem: I have to constantly re it. Basically I suffer from the same thing a lot of players are - The dreaded infinite Tap To Start screen. Here's the thing though, it happens like clockwork every single week. Specifically every monday, like clockwork. When it happens the app info claims that it is taking up -700MB of storage. Yes, NEGATIVE storage. Only deleting and reing the app fixes it.

Won't open! I was really enjoying this game (controls, graphics, and gameplay are great!) but it just stops opening. I have had to delete it and reinstall it to get it to run and now it stopped again. I dont want to keep uninstalling and reinstalling in order to play it. anyone else have this problem? I would gladly give this a 5 star once this issue is fixed. Using a Galaxy Note 8.

I can't get the game to and start anymore. I've cleared all the caches I can find, rebooted my phone, cleared the memory, it still doesn't work. I've paid for the upgrade and now I can't use it. pretty disappointed. edit: for other people having this problem, try uninstalling and running ccleaner clearing the hidden cache seems to have resolved this problem. update: every time I restart my phone (Galaxy S8) I have to reinstall the game after clearing all the caches. annoying.

For the first week have played, the game has been a joy to explore and the quests available could seem overwhelming. the past 2 days though have been totally unable to connect. have resorted to uninstalling and putting the game back on to see if fixes the problem. had 2 days of playing and again can't get into the game. if I was f2p wouldn't be so much a problem, but having put money toward the game becoming very unhappy. it took 3 times installing before could play a few days ago. this time?
