Honestly, this app is very buggy. To list only a few as an app developer. When g up originally on the screen we are asked to read and agree to and conditions and sharing of info. The website is not up and the links are broken. Second - As pro photographer for hobby, it took 17 tries before my photo was accepted. Third - Why not do what many other states do and use Google and Apple Wallet? Interstate cooperation should be a priority. Will this ever be an option? Thanks!

Setup process went smoothly, but I'm not paying a subscription when I can carry my existing license card in my pocket for free. UPDATE: I signed up for the trial for this to see if it would be worth it. The only place I've been that accepts it is the SLC International Airport. Their computer for checking it was down so I had to use my physical ID 🤷. I love the *idea* of going wallet-free. Especially with my car key on my phone now too. But so far, it seems like adoption just isn't there.

Opening settings crashes the app. This has happened every time since I ed the app about six months ago. I also keep getting texts saying my mID has been updated, but when I open the app there's no apparent update. The "history" tab has always been empty. The UI is very dated and clunky. Poor app. Just add Google wallet integration, Utah!

I moved from Colorado to UT, Colorado has the myColorado app that does what you expect from a digital ID. It displayed a digital ID, let you filter what data you showed etc. This app sucks it displays data from you ID in a strange format. If someone needs to your info and you click on the QR code it asks you to upgrade. That is right to fully use your digital ID you have to pay for an upgrade. Seems like the State could have done a little better. I understand why no one excepts it!

This app would be great if you could use it. But if you want to share your ID for TSA then you have to pay a subscription fee! That is pretty crazy. You can share your age for free, and that's it. Won't work for official government ID without paying. No thanks! Update: I just learned the hard way that this is also missing the barcode on the back of your driver's license. Some places need to scan that. This app is entirely useless.

I did a hard reset due to fraud. Ever since then, I have been unable to use my mobile number to sign up, as I do not receive the verification code sent via SMS. I have tried everything. From clearing cache and data, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, shutting off and restarting the device, checking blocked numbers and notifications, down to talking to my provider and the developers. The SIM card had been reset, and the developers say it's the device or provider. Nothing has worked.

Pretty confident I was among the first Android s to try this at the SLC airport. I was actually surprised at how smooth it was. Far better than juggling my wallet and physical ID card through security. I'll use it. All the machines at the airport are equipped to take it, though they say just TSA PreCheck for now. Give it a try...it's like 2% of what you pay for Netflix each year to the program and keep the cost low for the state. Transparency: GET Group is a client.

I never really found a place that would accept the app and basically had to use my physical driver's license even for airports. I ended up deleting my info off their servers and removed the app since is really doesn't serve a purpose. It's sad that UT chose this route for a mobile ID and to have such awful results.
