Trying to install instinct . Done with Garmin. Sucks Again still not able to connect last ,4 days. Why spend thisuch. When app connectivity so hard to fix.your connect should be called Unable to connect.your app says my phone not compatible. Been using it 2 yrs. Now not able to sync. Never buy Garmin again. optional tell us more. Still scrolling buffering lol Cheap app

I'm done with the Garmin ecosystem. Tired of waiting for apps (YouTube Music), and when they finally come, my device isn't even compatible. But cheaper and older watches are. This isn't the way to keep people coming back. I know I won't spend another $500 on a watch, only for it to not be ed and updated down the road.

It's got more features than Samsung Health by an order of magnitude. It's a little tough to learn because I'm used to another software system, but I like it more as I learn it. Samsung Health is better for a beginner, which I was. Super easy interface but limited. Now I want to push myself and Garmin software/hardware is a great tool. I love my Epix Gen 2!!!

This app is frustrating to use and I couldn't figure out how to do most of the things I wanted to. The custom watch faces are pixelated on my watch and the app is overall fairly laggy. The games are impossible to play, at least for me, and I had a hard time figuring out how to play them. Beyond this, it does exactly what it says it does and I love my garmin watch. (Also, there's no way I'm paying for a watch face or game.)

I have a venue 2 SQ And this is no longer updating or allowing me to install new apps, watch faces, or update existing software. Have tried uninstalling, factory resetting, etc. Nothing. Tried disconnecting, reconnecting, unpairing, repairing, everything. Unfortunately before I could at least access the watch faces already installed, but now I'm stuck with nothing but the default. Going to try warranty return.

Update: can save settings for most using Connect Express on computer. Would have been nice for Garmin to respond with this info or post it in forums. OLD: For most of the last year I have been unable to save app settings. Save button is dead. Forum shows many have complained, but no fix by Garmin. You know the bug has existed AT LEAST SIX YEARS. Fix it!!

Every time I attempt to view an app, watch face, or any other item from the Connect IQ store, the app responds with a server cannot connect error. This is both on WiFi and cell networks. The initial pages showing apps and watch faces loads, but nothing else works in the app. Disappointing that the app doesn't work in a very basic way.

Edited: I got it figured out but I still cannot delete the face that is too large and I am repeatedly getting notifications that it is too large. I don't even want it anymore, so I'm just going to delete the app I guessIt will not remove the watch faces I uninstalled and now I have no storage to more, so I'm stuck with the one watch face that is currently on, or the lame ones preprogrammed. Very disappointing considering I bought this particular watch for the customization capabilities!
