This is a faithful port of the PC version of the same game (DIFFERENT from the original Strongholds game!) so it's familiar and dear, but it's WORSE. Minus 3 stars because it's a REAL TIME MMO THAT DOESN'T UPDATE IN REAL TIME. When a new villager arrives or I collect quest reward resources, I have END TASK AND GO BACK IN before any of them show up! EDIT: And it can't connect unless you're next to the router! The connection is WAY more finicky than any other game I have on the phone.

Keeps crashing, every time I open it to play acts like it will load and then it will just go back to main screen and pop up this app keeps crashing close app or wait. Been several days now. Can't even play or fix my stuff. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, same thing keeps crashing.

Ran Great Then All Of A Sudden It Quit Booting Up And Kept Disconnecting. I Have A New Android 14 Phone, So I ed Tech . They Said That I Have To Wait For An Updated Version Of The App. I Asked How Long It Would Take.... And They Never Responded To My Email. The Game Has AI Enemies That Constantly Attack. When You Don't Have Access To The Game....They Completely Pulverize Your Castles. Upon Researching It More I Found Out You Can Play It On a PC. It Is Way Better Than This App !!

I had to change my review because I couldn't even to the app. It continues to crash. I've cleared all data and cache from the phone, un-installed the game, then re-ed it, and it still crashes. REPEATEDLY

Not playable on Android. Crashes immediately. I've played for a couple years but it doesn't deserve a star if you can't even play it. Will gladly change my review to 5 stars if it's ever fixed

After 1000's of painstaking hours building up my villages, castles and rank, I was rewarded with losing it all after all the ages were finished. What a waste of my time and effort! Uninstalling! Very disappointed in this bad investment. At least start the age process over and retain the progress that folks put into this game!

The game is awesome basic concept is clash of clans but the whole theme and game mechanics and all is stronghold crusaders really cool. Just have one problem with the game it takes skill points to get research and the get the skill points it takes in game credits and that is not easy to come by .
