It is not letting me restore purchases or even start a new subscription. It keeps declining my cards on file. I d2nt have issues with any other subscriptions, just this app.

I love this app! I wish we could videos too though :(... That was my last review Glad you made the update and now I can add videos too. However the app keeps crashing everything I review with videos added in it. I make sure to save it before I preview though. I hope that this bug is fixed soon. I also wish there were more templates with square sized photo and video ing option. Ohh.. and I also can't control the opacity of the text background anymore. Please bring that option back 😊

This is the best set out app, I've been using it for a few years but recently it's all over the place. When you save, everything is not in place where it was when you saved it. I've uninstalles and reinstalled and it's still having the same issue. I read below that a few others have had this issue too and been told it's been fixed. So sad, I used to love this app so much.

I have paid version but life is no easier. So .. Please, please, PLEASE develop an undo/redo button. Let the pictures be sorted latest to oldest and not like now > oldest to newest! There is a lot more but at least those two things are the most basic features of a good app. And .. is it correct that videos can't be integrated? Thanks!

It's no longer ing my videos! I paid for a pro hip years ago and since opening the app on my new phone, I have not been prompted for info to know if I have a "pro" hip or not. When I am ing the video I made using the pro template the file is not accessible for use in any way. It doesn't even show up I my gallery. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that doesn't fix the problem.

Problems with all. I'm using this app 2 years (Pro version) and always when you put something new (some great motivation, animations or something else) I have a problem. I put new pictures, my text and when I changed time and type of animation, app not recognized that and just put a classic option. I tried to save and to see, but it's same problem. Also I restart all settings and may mobile phone, but in vain.

This is one of the most confusing, cluttered pages, difficult apps I have ever seen!! The tutorial for each item actually isn't clear on How to use it, what goes in the squares, timeline, etc. I bet building The Golden Gate bridge with instructions in a different language would be easier to do then use this app

It was working great until 2 weeks back. It started creating an issue of cropping the text after saving. It shows everything good on the draft version on the app, but crops the text after saving. I tried installing it back, it still has the same prob. Please someone fix this issue
